Hannah was absolutely incredible! Cannot recommend her enough !

Had a Gel Manicure and complimentary massage from Binta at Gatwick North. She was friendly and helpful but not pushy and did a great job, kept an eye on the time for my flight too.

Really nice massage. Very friendly lady and so professional.
I highly recommend it. And see you next time!

Horena was so lovely , she saw me sitting down and I had a shocking headache. She offered me a complimentary shaouler back and neck massage and I am so happy to say it has relieved my headache and shoulder pain. Superb thank you x

I had a wonderful experience recently when I flew out of Gatwick North. I had a Pedicure with colour with the lovely therapist Dimple. Not only was I impressed by her work, but she was well-mannered and clearly cared about delivering excellent all round customer service. I really enjoyed our conversation and felt well taken care of. I'd certainly return, and highly recommend Dimple as a choice of therapist too.

Just want to make people aware of what Working for this company intails .From when I started I should have realised not to trust this company and the owner as she tryed to withhold my wages then and payed me past my pay date. She employees managers by literally inboxing them no experience required and this shows as she allowed are manager to bully other well respected Hard working staff until they quiet even after people complained she wasn't bothered. She also allowed the manager to be rude unprofessional and unclean to the point a mouse was found dead at our stand and she expected a pregnant women to clean it up instead of getting the relevant people to dispose of it.
When leaving she again with holds wages lies about parking being paid and handed over to airport parking and she clearly doesnt when proof gets showed she still doesn't reimburse you what rightfully yours ,she even lies and tells you she pays half when in fact it's about £15 and you pay £40 even tho in the contract it stipulates £35 to be
taking per month. tips are never handed over or should I say when she feels like it.
Breaks are always taking out wages weather you get to take a break or not. The amount of staff I seen come and go here is embarrassing and reflects the circus act of a company.

I had a complimentary hand massage at Birmingham airport whilst I waited for my flight and it was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. Rehana was very friendly and professional and gave me an invigorating and nourishing hand massage. She used the pine scented verbier oil and it left my hands really soft, nourished and pampered. I would really recommend it if you need a pampering treatment before your holiday.

Terrible Gel Manicure at Gatwick airport and even WORSE customer service response!! I received the worst manicure ever at Aerospace Gatwick, the woman struggled so much to remove my gel, I was literally in pain. She then did a terrible job of the polish, it was bumpy, thin and chipped literally within a day. This actually isn't the end of the world, we've all had a bad manicure, but when I reached out to their customers service with clear pictures of the sub par job Anna from the CS team acknowledged my claim, thanked me for helping them provide better training for their staff. When I followed up regarding my refund all of a sudden she flip flopped asking whether it was really a bad job or not and why I wanted a refund! She then continued to flat out ignore my emails after that. What a TERRIBLE way to treat your customers who have taken the time to give valuable feedback. I will continue to pursue this until I am given a refund.

My 13 year old daughter used her saved pocket money (£35) to have a gel express manicure at Birmingham airport. What a waste of money! They were far too thick and bumpy from the off and by the time we were sat on the plane she regretted spending her money. I might add, she has had gel nails previously going on holiday done elsewhere, and she knows how to look after them and NOT to pick at them! Within 3 days they were lifting and literally peeling off. Photos were taken and sent to AeroSpa and my daughter was accused of picking at them. They were appallingly applied with no nail prep to ensure adhesion, so I’m not surprised they lifted. Don’t bother wasting your money, get a proper manicure before you get to BHX!!

Gatwick North before my flight to Toulouse Samina gave me a back and head massage, it was fantastic. Just the correct amount of pressure and set me up for a relaxed flight. Never done this before at the airport but will definitely do again!

Very disappointed with my recent Express Manicure with Gel at Birmingham Airport. The Staff were delightful, however the end result was very poor. The gel was so thick, it was difficult to get out of the bottle, the side and lower margins of un-painted nail were at least 3x larger than I am used to. It was uneven in thickness, after 2 days it looked like I had had them done at least a week earlier. I did raise my concerns at the time but these were dismissed and I was told they would be “fine when completed”. They definitely were not anywhere near the standard I have at my regular Salon. A complete waste of money!
