Great experience with you while generating the documents. However, a few queries have risen since and non of my emails have been acknowledged, even follow up emails.
Such a shame.

I chose to use this company because it was recommended in Basc.
It was easy to fill a form in on line. The process was easy to follow.
I don't have a printer so they printed out the paperwork for the Doctor. I then took it to the Doctors. The paperwork when completed was sent to Shootcert who sent it to me to forward to the Police when submitting the renewal shotgun/firearm form.

Very disappointed with shoot cert
Very disappointed with shoot cert, my GP practice sent my medical records back on the 4th Feb and I’ve had nothing back, I’ve sent 4 emails regarding this and they can’t even reply to update me, and there’s no phone number to contact them, and they want good reviews. This has now been sorted and I have to say it was totally my fault, I gave them the wrong email address.

According to our records, you applied on 9 January and your certificate was completed and sent on 4 February, shortly after your GP records were received.
Update: As discussed today, it appears that your email address was misspelt when the application was submitted, which meant our emails would not have reached you. That would explain why you did not receive the certificate or our earlier communications.
Now that this has been identified, we’re happy to resend the certificate to the correct email address.

I paid shootcert on 26th January
I paid shootcert on 26th January, and have since sent them 3 emails in last 3 weeks and still waiting for some sort of communication regarding my medical certificate.
How difficulult can it be to reply to an email! If only they had a phone number to contact them, but what a surprise they do not.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel frustrated while waiting for an update. We appreciate that it can be concerning if you don’t receive a reply to a progress enquiry, and we apologise if this has been your experience.
Having reviewed your application, we can confirm that it is still progressing within the expected timeframe. Our records show that your GP practice has acknowledged receipt of your Subject Access Request (SAR), and their data provider is currently processing the medical records needed for the ShootCert doctor to complete the review.
Once those records are received, your application will move forward to the medical assessment stage. We will notify you as soon as there is any update.
Thank you for your patience while we await the information from your GP practice.
