This was my first of many Pavers footware. Comfort and good value for money.
I had been told about Pavers by my sister, she told me how comfertable they are and now i know.
I wanted a pair of biker boots that had good tread for the coming winter, so went to Pavers in Woodlands nursery in Hinckley Leicestershire. So,glad i did.
From the moment i put them on in the shop they were sooooo comfertable.
I got some terraccota red ones that look great, the fit is perfect for my wide feet, i have Rhumatoid Arthritis and find comfy good looking footware difficult, if not impossible to find.
I did not have to “break them in” good from the get go, my husband thinks i will be wearing them to bed next. He even got a pair while we were there as they were so good.
This will not be my only Pavers pair.
The ladies in the shop were friendly and healpful with good customer care i can’t praise them enough.

The courier lost the sandals we didn’t receive them

1st time using this company.the boots are perfect fit and comfy i know have 6 pairs.loakes rmwilliams etc these boots are just as good.highly recommend.

Last Monday I went to pavers York and I bought a new pair of shoes.

I would just like to say that they are absolutely lovely, they fit perfectly , and the chestnut colour is wonderful. I Iove them

I'm over the moon with them. They are lace ups with zip on the side.

A lady helped me in store and I had excellent customer service which made a FAB shopping experience.

I don't normally make comments but I would like to say a very big thanks.

Delivery was great, product was great, but I ordered in American sizes, and the shoes were labeled in European size and they were too big. If the shoe is made in European size, then it should have European sizes to select. Return was smooth and easy.

An excellent pair of "Margate" brogues from Jones the Bootmaker, made in their Indian factory. Great quality, with partial Blake stich (not at the heel) - well made.

Excellent customer services from JBM (as always!) when I enquired about them before purchasing. I bought them in the sale - what tremendous value!

I would just like to say how amazingly lovely and helpful all the staff are in the Pavers store within Dobbies Garden Centre near Huntingdon. They went over and above to help my disabled husband purchase shoes today, which isn’t easy as he is paralysed, in an electric chair, and it is difficult to manoeuvre his feet. The girls could not have been more helpful, specifically Julie who served us so beautifully. The staff were so great, I ended up buying two pairs of boots and a brolly, as well as my husbands fantastically fitted shoes. The staff in this store are an absolute credit to Pavers. You should be so proud of this team today. We won’t go anywhere else for shoes now. Well Done and a huge thank you ladies. You made a traumatic shopping experience an absolute pleasure.

Having heard about Pavers being a really good shoe shop I was delighted to find they had a store in Atlantic Village. I have very difficult feet (i.e. bunions, hammer toes etc) and had searched earnestly without success to find a shoe which would not only fit perfectly but would be comfortable. We visited Pavers in Bideford on Monday 9 October and I was absolutely delighted with the service. I am going on holiday and wanted some "dressy" shoes to go down to dinner. I found some lovely soft sandals which were perfect. The lady who served me went out of her way to try and find the sandals I had purchased in another colour. When there were none in stock she offered to order them for me - they arrived within a day of ordering - what a brilliant service and very quick delivery. I hope this complimentary review will encourage anyone who has not visited Pavers at Atlantic Village not to miss the opportunity to enjoy shopping for shoes in a lovely, happy atmosphere with superb, excellent products and friendly, helpful staff. Had an issue with a pair of sandals that had a fault. Phoned up customer services and initially spoke to a lady called Cathy, who very kindly sourced me a replacement pair. Gave me info on what to do next which I followed to the letter.
Then when had posted sandals back I spoke to Nadine who then completed details at their end.
Both ladies were polite, clear, consise, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Really happy with the level of service I had and the efficiency of your lovely staff.

Went to Pavers Ramsgate today and can't praise the service enough, Amanda who served me was amazing very helpful, I also witnessed the other staff with customers who appeared equally as good, they are all a credit to your company.

I went into the Brighton Jones The Bootmaker store on the weekend and the gentleman who served me was fabulous. I’m recently disabled and struggling a bit and he showed nothing but empathy and kindness. Patient while showing me different shoes and even fitting them for me. Definitely going back. Brought shoes back with sole defective but did not have receipt but shoes replaced straight away no fuss. Excellent customer service from Alison at Pavers.

Used the shop in pennels garden centre at lincoln. Lady called Marion was exceptional, she was so caring and condiderate , knowledgable . So nice to have someone who was so helpful. a credit to the company 😌

Wrong type of shoe sent as well as the wrong size. No response when contacted the help desk by email. Having explained it would cost me more to return the goods in postage than my refund would be. pointing out that this seems unfair practice as the wrong shoes and size sent was none of my doing. But all their company's fault. Feel I have been scammed.

All round good service.
