I bought 2 bongs, one fought back.
I bought 2 bongs. One came wrapped up with the downstem inside the bong. It was stuck, pulled it out and the circumference chipped and stuck into my thumb. Otherwise they're lovely.

First order with Shiva.
I ordered 2 traveller bongs on of which arrived cracked. I emailed Shiva and in a short time a replacement was on its way. Not having used these before I emailed a couple of questions and had swift replies with advice. All in all Shiva has given me excellent service.
