Reliable and good range of flavours
Been using these guys for a number of years now. Always great products and service. Quick turnaround on UK orders and if you're a regular, you can earn points that give you discounts. Any issues (not that I've had many) a simple email usually clears things up.

Awful Customer Experience
Did not receive delivery despite waiting in all day. Shishagear advised it was returned to them and i would have to repay postage to resend the parcel back out to me! Asked for a refund for full payment back.. still waiting for refund.
Awful customer service response. Will not be ordering with them again!

I ordered online and it’s been a while no updated. I tried to text them in the mail and website direct message and Instagram and WhatsApp I call all the numbers but they never answer. I’m still not sure if I will get my order.

The best!
Great quality, lots of choices, ordered some essential for my hookah and everything came on time with everything wrapped nicely. Even got some sweets! Prices are fair, not too expensive at all. Overall great site!

Helpful and professional service!
Really quick postal in the middle of the Christmas holidays too! Surprised to find some nice skittle packets in the box too. It was a nice touch! Products are great too.

Appalled with the customer service and condition of items
One item was received with an opened and damaged box and one item was received in a used condition. I contacted customer service with photos and requested a partial refund which they have rejected. Not happy with the service at all.

Quality product and fast delivery
Ever since I have started ordering from Shisha Gear, I have stopped ordering from other places. Fast service and quality products. There were few occasions where I had to contact them but their customer service is amazing. Within next day, item arrived at my door step and dealt with all the issues in very professional manner.
