Very poor, paid express delivery to get the rucksack to us before my son started school. Took over two weeks to arrive. I had to chase for tracking info. I emailed to express a concern with regards to delivery and requested a refund for express delivery as I had not received this, this was ignored in my first email. I have emailed again and no response. Very poor.

Ordered my daughter a bianca belair backpack was a bit worried about how it was going to arrive due to it being shipped from Hong Kong but I am over the moon with it my daughter is in love with her new bag I could not recommend shirt chic enough they responded to my email really quick to answer my queries I have no faults with this company so far ordered on the 22nd August due to shipping delays to UK I received on 13th September

Ordered 2 items for my gransdon should of taken 1-3 days delivery unfortunately it took 20 days to arrive missing his 1st day of school, its not Lego merchandise its a cheap poor copy which shouldn't be allowed to be sold in the UK, I think the UK trading standards will be very interested in this site

We ordered a ruck sack, lunch box and pencil case for my sons birthday. After a few days I read the reviews on here and my heart dropped, I emailed them concerned as my sons birthday was in 10days to get a response of they can't guarantee delivery date due to us using normal postage. This was not advertised on site at time of purchase. We ended up getting him something else and residing to the idea of list money, 3 weeks after purchase everything turned up. My son loves it all, we knew it was not the real thing but it looks great and the quality seems good. Thank God. 😊
Only thing I would say is expect to wait. If its for a birthday or Christmas give them plenty of time.

I ordered 2 backpacks on 07/24/23 and still haven't received anything. The last update on the tracking was 08/24/23. They are saying there is a delay due to unknown reasons. I've been emailing Shirt Chic and their answer is that I need to liaise with the postal service. I'm asking for a refund but not getting an answer about it. Very disappointing.

disappointed to say the least. i ordered a backpack 2 weeks prior to the start of school based on the website stating orders are processed in 1 business day and shipped within the 1-3 days which is clearly a lie and false advertising because order was never fulfilled. customer service was useless. I requested a full refund and if not received in 3-5 days I will dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

I ordered a backpack over a month ago, believing it would be delivered the next day or at least soon, but I'm still waiting. Send a mail to ask if there were any problems and no response. It feels like a scam and I can kiss my money goodbye

They are simply doesn't ship my order. My son was so disappointed as he was waiting for new school backpack. Highly recommend to avoid this site, not trustworthy

UPDATE - The Backpack finally arrived... And my son loves it! So maybe it is legit, just expect to wait a while. Only giving 3 stars due to lack of communication and no availability to talk to someone. When I finally did get an email back it gave me a link to a shipping tracker with no information.

Don’t do it! Bought my son a $60 backpack for school and it never arrived. Got an order confirmation but never got a shipping notification and of course they won’t answer email and the phone # just rings busy. I have a very disappointed 9 year old starting school tomorrow. People who do this are just monsters. Stay away!!

The backpack I ordered is very colorful and beautiful. It took a while but it was worth the wait. The product is very good quality.

I ordered a princess peach bag for my daughter it took 4 weeks to come it finally came and there’s a slice from it being cut by something on the front of the bag I emailed them to tell they and they didn’t reply I then opened the bag and there is pube like hair defo human hair inside the bag A CHILDS BAG I’ve emailed them 6 times with no reply absolutely disgusting scamming bast****!

After placing an order i’ve waited for 4 weeks, hence the website said delivery time for my country was only 5 days..

No reply from customer service what so ever..

J ai acheter un déguisement lol pour un anniversaire , j ai payer 15€ pour que le colis arrive sous 3 jours. Au bout 7 jour, le colis est parti et malgres le FedEx celui n arrivera pas avant 5 jours. Évidement l anniversaire sera dépassé.
Ce n est pas un marchand sérieux. J attend de voir aussi la qualité de la marchandise à l arrivée.

Purchased a school bag for my son during the summer and it still hasn't arrived customer service is very bad no communication wouldn't reccomend this site

Shipped a broken product and gave me the same response for 5 months and I have still not been given any information.
