We started using ShipTop earlier this year. ShipTop was like a rescue beacon for us!
If you require USA fulfilment from a Canadian-based warehouse, ShipTop is your go-to team. ShipTop is very good at focusing on what customers need and require. They held our hand through the new import regulations for Canada and have always had a fundamental instinct to understand our business and to meet our needs effectively.
Their rates are excellent, and they are always available if need be. We will also be using their services to airfreight and ship later this month, and as we can tell from first glance, their rates are well-priced compared to our Chinese suppliers. 5 Stars.

Incredible team to work with.
Moving to a new 3pl can be a tedious process, but the team at ShipTop made the move extremely easy. They move quick, and since then they've had a high level of attention to detail, understand our business needs, and truly care about helping our business grow effectively. We have been working with ShipTop for almost a year now and have been extremely satisfied with their service.
