We had a medium size load of my wife's deceased parents prized possessions to ship from LA to Portland. Too big for us, but too small for a moving company. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and professional and everything arrived in good shape and when promised!

Ship Smart is the place to go for small and not so small deliveries. Dining Room furniture was moved from Texas to Louisiana. The price was better than some of the other's I received. More importantly, the service and the handling of the furniture was very meticulous. No mishaps! Ronnie and Sylvia brought each piece in, unwrapped and setup. Beautiful! We appreciated them very much.

I’ve had 5 star service every step of the way with Shipsmart! My quote for 14 box and a china cabinet was sent ASAP. After a few adjustments regarding box dimensions I asked for a new quote and received it in less than 20 min. It was about $400 cheaper than the other long distance movers in the Houston area, I was ecstatic about the price. Shipsmart coordinates everything, we had Pack ‘n Send movers pick up my belongings in Houston, take it to a warehouse where everything was palleted and wrapped (my quote was spot on and did not change from the estimate I was given) and then Orbit Moving made the final delivery to my apartment in Orlando. Everything arrived just the way I packed it. I couldn’t be happier.

Pick up and delivery were on time and info promptly given about the route the shipment took. Excellent communication during the whole process.

Excellent service
I shipped two family tables to my nephew in Chicago. The men arrived at my house a few minutes before the scheduled time, went upstairs and collected the tables and left all within 5 minutes. Ship Smart arranged delivery with my nephew, and the tables were delivered in good condition. I was kept informed throughout the process, and am very satisfied.

The employees were fabulous. Trish and especially Carla were extremely helpful to me. The men that picked up my boxes and the men that delivered my boxes were professional,courteous and so nice to me. Everything went smoothly, I really felt that ShipSmart was a first class company.

Ship Smart did a marvelous job of shipping an executive desk to NY and a jukebox to AZ for us. We chose to have both crated for extra piece of mind. Both arrived in the same condition they had departed the house. The recipients were impressed by the packing. Ship Smart did a great job of keeping us informed during the process of collecting, transporting and delivering these heirlooms.

Ship Smart is on time for pick up, they are careful with my items, and the items arrive at the destination in great condition. I’ve used Ship Smart three times and I’m planning a fourth right now. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable and call you back when they say they will.

I had a very positive experience with Ship Smart during a very difficult, stressful period in my life. They helped ship my belongings back to me from another state safely during the COVID-19 pandemic and my interactions with all their staff were positive and friendly.

Shipsmart is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. We have used them twice, from New York to Florida and from New York to Texas. Not 1 item lost or broken! Clear prompt communication and everything went amazingly well both times. We highly recommend.

The delivery driver in California was very kind and helpful.

The items were well packed. The movers on the front end were very nice to my mother.
The crate was very sturdy and had a lot of packing materials. Not a scratch on anything.
Communication was good and the delivery was ahead of estimate. The cost was as estimated. Really smooth!
