A1 transport was fast and friendly once my car was picked up and in transit. Daniel was very responsive and gave me updates throughout the full delivery.

After Dealing with KEVIN and DANIEL at ChipA1 on this least transaction, I am really disappointed in the way they handled since the very first day I place the order with them on the 6/23/25 Monday. They delivered vehicle 8-days later on Tuesday 7/1/25. They never had the intention on picking it up on time. Through out the whole week they lied about sending drivers to pick up, then conveniently truck braking down on Wednesday. I’ve heard it lots of times. Then for the next two days same thing they make sure you don’t get somebody else. Until the whole week passed by, they came up with the excuse they have to charge more because the drivers don’t want to pickup vehicle. Now you have to pay extra storage fees. They played the customers wrong, Lying about scheduling pick up and then coming up with excuses. Next couple of days same excuses. Until they know weekend is coming and storage charges are increasing Then you have no choice then to accept to pay them more money. They don’t even give you any credit for the storage charges they irresponsibly incurred. Instead they charge you more.

I really recommend this company . They delivery on time car comes safe. They have a reasonable price and good communication.

This transport service is good. They were on-time and my car arrived in good condition. Daniel was particularly helpful. He kept me informed regularly. I was never in the dark during the transport. I fully recommend this service. Hope to use them again
