Awful, Awful
Waited two full days (delivery window 10am til 10pm)for scheduled, then rescheduled delivery- still not delivered. No communication throughout either day, the website portal never updated, drivers answered one of six call attempts "yes, will be with you later today". Nothing.... How a brand like Ikea associate themselves with this bunch is beyond belief.

The automatic ticket machine was printing blank labels. I paid first, and blank labels came out. I asked the staff at the time, and they said they were out of ink. We waited for them to refill the printer. When they changed the ink, it started printing labels like crazy. Apparently, I wasn't the only one this had happened to. It turns out that after printing about 15 labels, the one I had paid for didn't print. I had to manually enter my address, phone number, and postcode. When I entered my Shift shipping code, I received an email saying the address was different and that I had ordered something else—a sofa. The addresses were switched, and that was a big problem because I had a wrong address and the wrong items. Well, they told me to wait for the delivery. The delivery people called me two days later, and they were incredibly rude and insistent. They insulted me on the phone and wanted to charge me again since they had delivered my package to a different address. After putting up with so much insulting and scolding, they finally decided to come to my address at midnight. I had to wait for them, and we had a huge argument because they wanted me to pay for the trip to the address they had originally been given. They insulted me and threw my things on the floor. I mean, absolutely no manners, terrible service from the start. This is the first time this has happened to me, as I always buy online and have never had this problem before. It was the worst experience of my life. This is the first time I've ever complained.
Delivery not caring about customer's belongings
The delivery guys refused to carry my sofa to my flat, even when I asked them please leave it halfway as I live alone and I couldn't take the sofa inside, but still they refused.
They pull the sofa on the ground and pushed and sofa been damaged.
I had to ask my neighbours to help.

Excellent service
The service was very easy to book. The driver made contact when he was on his way and again 15 min before his arrival. He was very helpful and professional. We had to dismantle the sofa to get it down the stairs and the driver put it back together. He went above and beyond what we expected. I will not hesitate to use this service again if I need to.

Locker sited where there is no mobile or wifi - fail!
Locker in an NCP Car Park with ANPR Cameras. No info provided as to whether I would have to pay for parking. Found out by calling NCP there is a ten minute grace period. First attempt - opened email to find no signal in car park (phone or wifi). Had to leave to get full email with details. Went back, had to enter locker number into phone to unlock - but as before, would not work with no phone or wifi signal in the car park! It days call them for support - but again impossible in a place without signal or wifi. An absolute common-sense failure here. They have said they will upgrade to home delivery tomorrrow - let's see what happens.

Spoke to 3 different people telling me they could fix my issue, first girl lied to me and never sent follow up email (which she said she would send straight after the phone call) , i spoke to a second guy who told me he can’t “manually extend” it but would see what he could do, and would follow up with an email (which never came), after no email I rang and spoke to someone AGAIN. He said he is able to “manually extend” my locker time and I will be able to collect it the next day no problem. I then had an email saying it had to be BEFORE 9am the next day…. When I specified I could only pick it up from 1:30-2pm? Trying to ring but it seems my number has been blocked lol
Four failed attempts at collection
Four failed attempts by Shift to collect an IKEA order, and zero communication from Shift. Initially offered a free home delivery after saying they couldn’t deliver to locker, and then said we were outside radius of the locker, despite living less than 400m away (literally round the corner). They just seem to have a lucrative contract with IKEA, but can’t actually deliver on the agreed services.
Promises a lot, delivers little!
Despite being recommended by IKEA, Shift has failed to deliver on the 'sales pitch'. Order and delivery was accepted then cancelled (couldn't deliver to the requested locker). A free home delivery was then offered as compensation which was subsequently rejected as 'outside' delivery area despite being within 1-mile of the original collection point. Consequently, it's back with IKEA to resolve.

Unreliable and uncontactable
Was meant to have an IKEA order delivered. The number given for the driver doesn't work. The online chat doesn't work. The phone number for the customer service line doesn't work. There is no way to speak to a person. Then they just cancelled the delivery (without informing me - I only knew from refreshing the tracking page) because the drivers van has broken down (yeah right). IKEA can't tell you what's going on as even with their business contact number for shift, nobody answers. And there is no way to contact shift. Do NOT select shift lockers or delivery as an option. Can't believe IKEA even have this as an option?!
Terible and stressful experience
Terrible and stressful experience. Got items delivered to Access Storage at Twickenham with a 2pm-10pm window. Turned up at 8pm with the access code for the gate - incorrect pin, tried 2 more time - incorrect. It said to scan the QR code - no QR code. Phoned the help number - rang for 2-3 minutes and then went to voicemail - tried various other options on the menu but no answer. Someone was also trying to get out also but couldn't open the gate and beckoned someone who doesn't work there but was able to open it so I got in as they left. The graphics on the email print out clearly stated that the lockers are at the far end - wrong - they are right at the start (but blocked by a van and it was dark and my first time there so I missed it). Worried that I would get locked in, having given up trying to find the locker I found someone who was leaving and said I would follow them out. As the last guy was waiting for the gates to open I clocked the lockers and had about 30 seconds to log into my email, enter multiple access codes (which is confusing as it gave my PIN numbers to multiple doors), which then left me about 10 seconds to carry 4 bulky items into my car and get out before the gates shut me in the place all night.
