My first and last time shopping with
My first and last time shopping with Shiels; what a disappointing experience. I ordered a necklace and bracelet but only received the necklace. Shiels “investigated” the missing item but claim that the item was in the package and that’s that. Customer services stated “Due to this, our investigation is now closed”. No apology, no resolution. Just case closed and I must be a liar. What a terrible company, never again.

Avoid purchasing from Shiels - invalid order cancellation
Avoid purchasing from Shiels (and affiliated companies Grahams, Watch Depot) as they cancelled a watch order, bought and paid for in good faith. There was no attempt to remedy the issue or offer an alternative deal. I will not purchase from this company again. They made it very clear that I am most certainly not a "VIP customer" (marketing name only).

Second time I have purchased something from Shiels/Graham's great prices and awesome website to navigate. Only negative would be dispatch time but around Xmas you expect delays.
