I ordered "Fashion Solid Color Pleated Off Shoulder Wide Leg Jumpsuit" and that was my worst ever shopping decision in my life. I waited for two months to arrive. Not that it doesn't even look like that on the photo, but it is sewn as if some 15 years old amateur sewed it, and it from cotton material completely crumpled like a dishcloth. The doctor's uniform is super exclusive for this. Not that it wasn't worth the $ 45 I paid, but it wouldn't even wear if they pay me $ 450. The worst thing I've ever bought.

The webside is really bad. I ordered a dress that had a delivery time of 7 weeks. The quality was totally rubbish. In the e mail contact they first wanted fotos and offered several vouchers if I keep the dress. Finally they told me they would refund it if I send it back and pay the shipping costs, but they never answered on my question where to send it to. I´m still trying to get my money back. I always get the same repetitive answers about vouchers etc from Lizelle, Karen or Jerome and others.

I wouldn’t give even a 1 star as a this website clearly I can’t be trust. I ordered a jumpsuit and a pair of sandals, when l was loosing faith as other people given bad reviews of scams and fake, I received them but oh god the quality, materials , fit everything was so poor and unwearable, basically can go in the bin. Took a long time to arrive and cos is in China. There isn’t an address to return and basically I lost my 💰

Worse thief’s scammers. Order a dress on Jan and on Mar ask what was going on with my order that didn’t even appear anymore on their tracking orders. So I was told that the item had a significant demand, they wasn’t going to be able to fulfill, that if I want pick something else or get a refund; so I’d asked for a refund of my money and of course they stop answering my emails. So I had to start a scam investigation with my bank which is in process. My bank told me that Shewaves appears on the bank statement as Auroragoods.com, so don’t let that this thiefs keep the money that you work so hard to earn. Worse online purchase experience I’d ever had.

Please don’t be deceived by the beauty of there website as if it shows so much elegant and beautiful dresses.
I purchased last December 2019 and until now I am still waiting and they keep replying my email to deliver or refund the money.
This website is keep changing names and also people from there emails. This is not legit, they took my money and definitely they are scammers.
Just be aware guys.

Purchased a maxi dress a week ago. After the money was taken out of my account, the order disappeared. Repeatedly tried to contact them and have received no response. Will work with my bank now to see if I can get a refund.

This company is inconsiderate of your need for the items you order. If there is a delay in your delivery, they are awful in keeping you informed about the status of your order. I am still waiting for an order after placing it over a month ago. Now there website is unavailable.

To say the merchandise sold on "shewaves" is not as described would be a gross understatement. Furthermore, there is no way to initiate a return. The site looks remarkable, but do not get duped. In the age of global shopping there is little agencies like the Better Business Bureau can do to protect consumers. The previous review stated that the corporation keeps changing names. I do not doubt it.They will keep reincorporating as long as they are allowed to do so. I am unfamiliar with Hong Kong business watchdog agencies. I hope there is one to investigate our claims. I am very sorry I shopped here.Buyer beware!

Quality not good. Fit was off. I was told to return once they got it they would refund me. They refused my package and returned it to me . I still don’t have my refund . I won’t buy again from them

DO NOT SHOP WITH SHEWAVES OR WHO EVER THEY WILL CHANGE THERE NAME TOO NEXT!! TERRIBLE COMPANY. I ORDERED 3 WEEKS AGO MONEY WAS TAKEN OFF MY DEBIT CARD AND I NEVER RECEIVED SWEATERS. EVERYDAY THERE WBBSITE SAID ORDER BEING PREPARED FOR SHIPPING. STILL NOTHING!! TERRIBLE COMPANY. LESSON LEARNED!!!

Made an on-line purchase on December 13,2019
Received a confirmation email of my order.
On Saturday December 21, 2019 I sent an email to this companies customer service. As of December 26,2019 the order has not been shipped and customer service has not responded. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. I can not say whether this website is legit or not. From my experience I do not think this company shegenie.com can be trusted. I have tried to cancel the order on their website but that didn’t work.
Update: after posting this review and posting a review on their instagram, I finally received communication.
Shegenie wrote that they had sent me an email notification stating item was out of stock.
This did not happen. I did not receive an email.
Here are the options that they have provided me:
I can get another item at the same price, I can get a credit, I can get a refund.
I clearly requested a refund.
It is now December 27, we will see what happens and how long it takes.

Received an email from this company on December 30 claiming that I would get a refund. They also claim they I would receive an email notification to confirm this. I have not received an email notification nor have I received the refund as of today. Also note that they have changed their website name…it is no longer shegenie.com it has been changed to shewaves.com

I do want to give an update and let everybody know that I did receive a full refund from the company.
