This company is a joke!! Took over a month for my order to come, states it’s made in USA but clearly shipping states it’s from China so huge red flag!!! I’ve been trying for 2 months to get a reply as only half my order was sent! They’ve taken my money and ignoring me! Such a scam and fraudulent company!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

I placed my order on June 27, buy 1 get 1 free. I STILL have not received my order the website states that it was delivered. I have contacted them several times and have not heard back from them. Additionally, their website states the product was made in the USA however, the tracking shows that it is coming from China.

I just want a refund.

I ordered Gummies from May paid £51 and I didn’t receive it they said they will send me another order but it hasn’t arrived it’s August now, She Thrive are crooks

Tried it out of desperation and now I tell everyone.

Getting charged each month for a product they never send. When you go to cancel or delete card information there is none or it say “something went wrong when sending a code” so now having to change bank cards so they can’t keep getting free money from me!

The product was misleadingly marketed and failed to deliver on its promises in multiple ways:

1. Insufficient Quantity: The amount of product in the package was clearly not enough to last for the two-month supply as advertised.
3. False Advertising: Your promotional materials claim the product can change one’s pH balance—an assertion that is scientifically questionable at best. This, along with your targeted marketing toward young women, feels deceptive and exploitative.
Received a response one month after formal complaint!

Didn't think my body was imbalanced until this corrected it.

At this point, it's like my body craves it in a good way.

Took about 2 weeks but I felt noticeably fresher.

They overcharged me, it said buy 1 pack get 1 pack free I only see 1 pack. I sent an email and called the customer service number, both to no avail. It’s very frustrating to have to go through these hoops just to reach a person. I do believe it’s a SCAM!! 😡

I order from She Thrive one time to try them got one bag for last two months they been billing me and I get nothing had put a block on my checking account so they would stop taking the money out and getting nothing from them never again ripping people off.

Did the BOGO and received only 1 pack of gummies. Emailed them over 10 times and no response. Never again...

It take 3 weeks for my order to arrive. Within these weeks, I was charged a reoccurring fee of 29.99 for a membership. What made it worse is I placed an order buy one and get one free but received one. I can't locate a customer service number and they will not respond to my emails. This company is a SCAM.

Not happy that I spent $40 on two packs of Gummies and only received one. I should have read the reviews first before my purchase. I tried to contact the company with no response. Horrible! Will not buy from this company ever again!

I recently received my order. The product is not what was advertised. The gummies look very different and smell of fish. And the amount sent was half of what was ordered. No customer service will respond
Update!!! They responded! They tried to tell me that they put twice as many gummies in each bag to equal twice the quantity to fulfill the offer, which is a lie.

I placed an order on June 2 receive the item on July 3 ask for a refund after 2 1/2 weeks of not receiving it and no correspondence from them told me that I couldn’t get a refund until I receive the package I received the package and only had one item which the sale was buy one get one free But I only received one. They gave me a partial refund of $16.95 with still no correspondence from them very horrible customer service wish I would have read the reviews before I order. Please don’t order from this company.

I ordered this product back in the beginning of June and I just received it on 7/16. They said it was buy one get one free. It also stated that it was made and shipped from the US but my packages came from China. Also it said that it takes up to 7 days to receive which is very misleading. I read there are fake products out there and Shethrive is the fake. It also says it is has only 3 ingredients but the package I received had more. Total disappoint.

I was sent 1 pack and was supposed to get 2. My card was charged 3-4 times. Everytime I try and contact I get mailer demon.
