I ordered an item, received the wrong product, and was then informed that the item I paid for was actually out of stock and could not be delivered. Instead of immediately refunding me in full, they spent almost 2 months trying to pressure me into accepting partial refunds while keeping part of my money.
Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable: endless excuses, fake “approval processes,” repeated delays, and constant attempts to avoid taking responsibility for their own mistake.
No serious or trustworthy company behaves this way. If a company cannot even refund a customer after failing to deliver the purchased item, this says everything about their ethics and professionalism.
I strongly advise everyone never to order from this company.
