yea, i don’t recommend this store at all. They complitely fooled me… it’s been a year since i ordered and i have been harassing the customer service. I realised that i’m not gonna get my order, f shekou.

I placed an order over 18 months ago and have been harassing the customer service email the whole time as I never received any part of my order :(
I finally got an email back this week (18months later!?). The lady was lovely and issued me a store credit but geez was the original service horrible !!

I didn't receive the dree I ordered almost a year ago and Shekou refused to give me a refund. I think this is atrocious

The shirt was not the same as what was advised. Completely different print from what was shown online.

great with responding to emails however ordered a jumper, it’s been about a year and half and i still haven’t recieved it’s. I’ve chased it up multiple times. The tracking number i got didn’t work then re emailed them and everytime told it was coming and still hasn’t shown. The customer service was nice and quick however wasn’t impressed

Scam,scam,scam. Do not buy anything from these people. They have probably already moved on using another name to scam more people

I had to wait over a year for one item come and i never ended up getting it so i’m not satisfied with the that and then i received my gift voucher as a refund i bought three items that were all in stock and then suddenly it turns out of the products was out of stock so i lost 15 dollars because of that and this has been such a stressful and frustrating long process i should just never bought from this company in the first place. very unreliable brand.

The order was never delivered. Last contact was on September 22 but the initial order was from March 27 2022.
No help, no refund, no clothes delivered.

I would give 0 reviews if i could, i ordered clothes f this website october 2022 and i have yet to see them arrive may 2023, i have emailed numerous times with only automated reply bullsh+t. Please do not waste your money on this scam.

Terrible company. My daughter ordered some bikinis in April 2022 for our August holiday. After a lot of automated messages and a complaint logged with the New Zealand equivalent of trading standards she finally received her order (minus one pair of bikini bottoms) in March 2023. Definitely won’t be ordering here again

He escrito muchas veces a atencion al cliente, y solo me dicen q no me preocupe y mienten,ya q me dicen que lo han enviado y me dan tracking numbers q no existen

Wold like to give 0 stars but unfortunately not possible. Bought on the webside more than 1 year ago but have not received neither clothes or money back.

Vorig jaar in februari besteld, maar nooit mijn bestelling ontvangen. Als je mailt en vraagt waar het blijft komt er een standaard bericht dat je de status kunt checken van je pakket. Status laad niet en heeft het nooit gedaan…. Gewoon triest

Beställde 3st bikinis i början av 2022, har fortfarande inte fått min beställning och de har klagat och sagt att det är försenat pga corona, och att det inte går att spåra paketet tills det kommer till mottagande landet när jag försökt kontakta deras kundservice. Slutligen när jag ber om pengarna tillbaka så hör de inte av sig. Handla inte här ifrån, oseriösa och ett scam företag.

I ordered from Shekou nearly a year ago now. I got an order confirmation email but after that I didn’t receive any other emails. I chased them up a few months later asking for a refund and they totally ignored the fact I had asked for a refund and received the exact same statement as other people have in their their reviews: “ Unfortunately, our manufacturing company are facing some delays with producing some pre order items within their estimated timeframe. Our team do expect these items to be restocked within the next couple of weeks!” which in my opinion is a whole load of BS. I have just sent them another message asking for a refund but knowing them it will probably take over a month to even get a response.

It’s best to avoid buying from this place at all costs but if you do I advise paying with a credit card at least then you have a fighting chance of getting your money back.

i ordered off this company 16th june 2022 it's currently 13th may 2023 and still have no clothes i just keep getting told i orderd pre order clothes that would take 6 weeks thats fine but 6 weeks is not a year

I tried to "preorder" some pants and despite CONSTANTLY bugging them, they never shipped out. They would always tell me "it's ready for shipping, we just don't have enough planes". Thankfully only lost a bit of money because I only bought 1 thing but this site is a scam.
