We recently had a level 3 survey for a property we wanted to purchase. The report was very thorough and also very easy to understand the problems with the house at the present and potential costs.

I recently instructed Ed Treliving of Sheffords to undertake a Level 3 survey on a property on which I had made an offer.
Ed’s knowledgeable and professional manner during the initial call to discuss the property made me feel that with Sheffords, I was in a safe pair of hands and that my interests as a buyer would be well-looked after.
Although the property lacked direct rear access, Ed reassured me that this aspect of the property would be included in the report which helped take some of the stress out of the conveyancing process.
