Customer service was really excellent. Loved the products- the mattress protector and fitted sheet in particular- my son is a restless sleeper and I’ve never had sheets that stayed in place before but these do. Quality is amazing- Will be buying more.

Ordered a cream Moses basket cover set from Sheet Story, which had been reduced in price. Ordering process was easy and delivery very quick. Hence the 3 stars!!
However the item is cotton as advertised, but of a poor quality. When the item arrived it was quite crumpled and smelt like it has been in packaging for a long while. The first thing I noticed was the colour, should be cream but more off-white. The hood of the basket cover should be cream waffle fabric but the one received is white plain cotton. I am disappointed as I did check the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering so thought it would be ok.

I like bamboo bedding and have just purchased a new Harrison Spinks Pillow Top mattress so was after an extra deep fitted sheets to fit the 35cm depth of it. Luckily Sheet Story has just that with 40cm that fit perfectly and help extend the fully natural experience the mattress gives. Would recommend!

Easy to order online and quick well packaged parcel. Waterproof bamboo mattress protector was just what I needed.

I ordered fitted cot sheets in error wanted flat sheets. I have tried several times to email the company asking if I could return them for a refund and they have never responded to my emails. There is no telephone contact number either.
However, since posting this review they have come back to me with their apologies and actioned a prompt refund including postage. I believe it to be a one off occurrence.

I have purchased 3 superkingsize fitted sheets and pillow slips. I ordered extra deep. They are very expensive but the quality is excellent. The elastic is extra strong. There is a label which tells you we're the bottom is. There is piping around pillow slips. Material is soft and cooling. Has washed well. I wanted single duvet covers but they don't make them. Such a shame. The packaging is nice but wasteful. Comes in a nice SHEET STORY box - seems a bit fancy. It's a small family run firm. I think they are made in Hong Kong? I hope you make single duvet covers soon.

Elasticated corners never "pop" off even a deep mattress, especially good for restless sleepers.

Really good quality sheets. Deep envelope closure on pillow cases makes sure the pillow stays in place (take note Panda!).
Excellent packaging; all presented in individual boxes for a touch of luxury. Good delivery times.

I have purchased bedding from sheet story on two occasions.
Fitted sheets and pillow cases.
The size, fit and quality are excellent.
The packaging is to a standard and presentation perfect for gifting.
My purchases were for myself. The first of which was some six months ago. They have been washed several times. Retained their shape, size and texture.
Next time I'm in the market for bedding Sheet story will be my choice.

I really love my fitted sheet from sheet story. It feels lovely and cool with the bamboo and also feels very smooth and luxurious after having linen sheets before. I am hoping they will do single duvet covers soon as I would really like one!

I’ve had two sets of the bamboo ackly stripe bedding since August 2024. It is as good as new, washes well, looks stunning & is beautiful to sleep in. I will only buy from sheet story in future

My sheets came beautifully packaged and are absolutely gorgeous . So soft , and the generous fitted bottom sheet is the only one Ive found deep enough for my igel bed. They wash lovely too.
