Great company, selling quality products at very reasonable prices. Was super quick delivery, there was a matter that needed to be addressed (on my end) and they did so quickly and professionally.

SHD Medical is a supplier of medical products including condoms, lube, disposable syringes and needles. Fast, discreet and free delivery on all orders. SHD Medical is a small Limited company based in Plymouth. We started the business back in 2013 on a part time basis and as the business and our interest in the field grew, it was quickly decided this was what we wanted to do, i.e supply quality products at the cheapest possible prices. In 2014 we became a Limited Company After studying the medical supply market, we noticed that the market was flooded with inferior quality products such as non medical grade syringes and gloves. We decided that this was what we wanted to concentrate on seeking out, and stocking the best products in each area, and working with the manufacturers to get these prices as low as possible for the customer. Our key success has been the relationships built up with customers, helping them find the right product at the right price.

Jersey address

Tried several attempts to place an order for delivery to Jersey, as the website states they do deliver there. At checkout get error message that they do not deliver to my address. Emailed SHD and was told it was down to Royal Mail's system. Rubbish! I get parcel deliveries all the time from UK initiated by Royal Mail. My Last email to SHD simply asking them to check that my address was input correctly by me on my new account with them was not even replied to. Lack of care in SHD "customer services" is all that I have witnessed to date. My money was spent elsewhere - oh and with delivery through Royal Mail !! Who knew ??

Great company

0.5 Insulin syringes

Smooth transition, delivery within suggested time. Insulin needles as described with easy entry & easy to use with clear measurements marked A+++

Good

I’ve now used SDH Medical for a second time and have been very impressed on both occasions. They consistently offer some of the cheapest prices I’ve found, and the whole ordering process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Everything follows through exactly as it should, and delivery via Royal Mail is fully tracked, which gives great peace of mind. It’s reliable, straightforward, and good value for money.

I genuinely have no complaints at all. Keep up the good work!

Perfect.

Perfect.
It was big and great experience.
Because of some stupid automatic filling,my address was totally messed and not delivered. Only because wrong address. SHD perfectly responded to my email and posted my item immediatelly, when was returned by RM. Really happy how it was sorted. Many thanks. For sure, will be back if needed again
