Recently purchased a dining set from shawcross furniture. Stephen and the gang are Some of the most genuine furniture sales men Ive met in years. High quality household items at a very reasonable Price. ID highly reccomend Steve and his team.

Amazing shop

Very helpful guys! Best panels and for the best price too! They have literally got everything there such good quality and top people. So worth going there and having a look you will definitely walk away happy

AVOID AT ALL COST!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Worst Customer Service i've ever received. I am appalled and gutted by the services received from this company. So bad, I feel the need to leave this review and prevent other customers from similar experience.

I purchased a dining table set which was set to be delivered today between 11am - 2pm. As i had not heard from the driver by 2pm, i contacted their office and was told the driver will be in touch.

I was finally contacted at 4:45pm to be informed that my delivery will be arriving between 6-6:30pm. When I questioned why I wasn't notified of the late delivery, I was told it was the driver's job to do so, the driver on the other hand claimed it was the admin/office staff error to having given a 2pm delivery, as his delivery list was showing my slot as 4pm - no remorse or accountability from anyone there.

To make matters worse, when I mentioned this will be reflected in my online review, Steve basically said to me "you don't deserve our furniture, I will cancel the order and refund your money". Yes, he said that 'word for word' with such sheer arrogance.

My entire day wasted waiting around for them and in the end, such repugnant statement was uttered by who I can only guess is the owner of the business.

So, if you are looking to transact with a company who values your hard-earned money, and will treat you with professional courtesy, then AVOID SHAWCROSS FURNITURE.

I have attached a photo of the delivery confirmation text received from them.

STILL WAITING FOR the bolts to attach…

STILL WAITING FOR the bolts to attach the legs to the chairs !!
Sick of emailing...im just getting ignored.
Paid ALL my savings for 4 chairs that i cant use as i have no bolts to attach them to the chairs.
Boxes were destroyed by the time i got them, with NO HARDWARE.
SO DISSAPOINTED, put me off buying from you again.

I would never buy anything from Shawcross Furniture absolutely shocking customer service you phone and they don't get back to you and There delivery drivers are very rude with no consideration for the customers so disappointed

All Staff are amazing and the items are amazing

All Staff are amazing . Quality of products is 10 out of 10 all my family have been buying items from this shop . Ordered my table online got it less than 24 hours that’s what you call amazing service.

Thank you for all your help ! Keep doing what your doing 👍
