I am not able to download my certificate even after payment. I completed my end of module assignment and purchased e certificate, but i cant download it. When i go to download it shows purchase your certificate.
Why it happens, please send my e- certificate on my email id.

I am unable to acces my purchased material in my login

Scammers. They scammed me into paying for a year’s subscription, refused to refund me when I queried that their representative had not explained the T&Cs properly, took my money and proceeded to block me from accessing the courses for the year I had already paid for. Correspondence is with people that provide first names only so referring back to previous conversations with specific people is challenged.

If I could give them no star I would have. Truly do not waste your money.

Go through more into the practicals along with the theory part

The course would be valuable if they would not steal my money. I wrote to the support and they told me that I have clicked on the banner with the offer and the money cannot be returned. I canceled the subscription but after a while they took some money out of my account (in the end they return part of the money) but I was so afraid that they will take more money from my credit card that I had to block the credit card, in order to have peace of mind.

My experience with Shaw Academy was awesome. Shaw Academy's diploma courses are very good ND comprehensive enough to prepare one for a role in management endeavour.

I like the information presented but feel it lacks actual photos, plus the photos shared are small in the screen

I got scammed by them during the pandemic and I am still mad. They stole £100 from me even after the agent at customer support said that my subscription is cancelled and I won't get charged (I've got an email with those exact words).
So yeah
AVOID AVOID AVOID!
If you want to learn something new - look for legitimate courses that say the cost clearly!

I have been absolutely amazed by the quality of information I receive from every lesson, even the things I have always known seem to sound even clearer when reason is given to them.
The classes are structured so well that I just want to keep going and learning. Thanks to the great tutors and flexibility of the scheduling process I can always catch up on lessons or push them to my freest moment.
