We had a media wall unit and cupboards being built . Our installer was Raivis Buntiks. He was very professional , always turned up at the time he said he would . He also included us throughout the various stages of build on positions of shelving and door handles etc .

The service was exceptional from the design, delivery and installation teams. Julian Lord installed the wardrobe for us and worked long days to get the job done on time. He explained things to us as he completed the job and we are really happy with the end result.

I recently cancelled my appointment with Sharps and I advised the customer service advisor I would be in touch to rebooked when appropriate for us, however Sharps continue to make contact almost everyday.

To add to my reason as to why we cancelled, I’m recovering from an operation. Sharps have not respected that I would rebook the appointment when I desired and I certainly do not appreciate the constant phone calls. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Our experience was made special by Justin Wood who fitted our wardrobe. He was considerate, polite, efficient, friendly and kept us informed throughout his time with us. He kept our room as clean as was possible, which was difficult with all the dust that was emanating from the work he was doing, thanks to Justin our wardrobe is perfect and exactly the way we wanted it. He is a credit to Sharps and if we have more from Sharps hopefully he will be the fitter.

Amazing company to deal with from start to finish. We’ve just had the most beautiful bedroom furniture fitted by Ben Law. Floor ceiling wardrobes, bedside tables and a vanity unit. He made an absolutely fabulous job and went over and above to ensure our comfort whilst he was working in the room. Quality service, quality furniture, quality fittings would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Mike (Mihai Otoiu) has just spent 5 days fitting some beautiful wardrobes and chests in our bedroom which was full of awkward spaces and shapes, as well as fitting a fabulous home office. His workmanship and work ethic was outstanding and he was an incredibly friendly and genuinely lovely man, a real credit to Sharps!

A good experience with the sales staff, didn't over sell. Listened intently and advised accordingly and came up with the perfect plan for us.
We were concerned about some cables for the tv and broadband.
Our fitter was informative about his arrival the day before, and I have to say, when chris wigins turned up, he was so informative and helpful,he went above and beyond to accommodate our every need and left an impeccable job. Clean tidy, a true ambassador to his profession. Thank you chris.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new Sharps home office.

Thibaut designed the office beautifully and really made the most of the space, David was thorough and professional with the survey and Kevin Thorley did an excellent job with the installation. His workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding and we’re so pleased with the finished result.

What makes the experience even better is that this is actually our third Sharps installation with the same team. Thibaut also designed bedrooms for our two teenagers — a boy and a girl, both with very different tastes and their own individual wants. Teenagers can be notoriously hard to please, but both of them absolutely love their rooms! David surveyed those rooms too and Kevin fitted them just last week, all to the same excellent standard.

We had our main bedroom fitted by a competitor around ten years ago, and having now experienced Sharps, there is a very noticeable difference in the quality, finish and overall workmanship.

We’ve been so impressed with the whole experience that we’re already hoping to come back to Sharps next year for a media wall — and we would definitely want Thibaut, David and Kevin again- no negotiation otherwise.

A huge thank you to the three of you for such a fantastic job across all three rooms. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sharps.

Krzysztof Jamrozik has just finished building and installing some beautiful open wardrobes in our bedroom dressing area. It was an extremely complicated area to work in and presented many challenges. However, through his skilful work, attention to detail and incredible accuracy Krzysztof has delivered a quality build. Calm, conscientious and careful he has been excellent ambassador for the Sharps Brand. I would not hesitate to recommend his craftsmanship. Thank you.

The process of getting the design done , survey , delivery etc was ok but a little bit clunky with a lot of handoffs between different departments. However, the fitting was absolutely second to none. Our fitter , Anthony Dirker, arrived promptly, worked hard, was very personable and ultimately left us with an excellent final result. He was also happy to make a small adjustment to the install towards the end which removed a small aspect of the final design we were not happy with. Excellent craftsmanship.

Communication was awful, nobody mentioned that you would want the room cleared, and carpets pulled back, until after the designer had been and gone, after the surveyor had been and gone, and the deposit paid.
It was then agreed that the furniture could be built on the carpet, so a week after the materials were delivered, stored in a way that hindered normal living, we get an installer turn up from over an hour away, we had also reconfirmed that the carpet was staying down, the installer arrived on a Thursday for a 2 day build, he then informed me he was not happy to install on carpet and left.
After several stressful phone calls another installer was arranged for the next day, this one was from the same town as me !! and he was happy to install on carpet on carpet, and said it would take one day.
At the end of a long day the installer completed the build, well almost. Firstly we had faulty product, and secondly incorrect parts so job could not be finished. The next day I received information that replacement parts had been ordered, I requested confirmation of what was being delivered and got no response, apart from delivery date, and that the installer was due two days later and that he would confirm this, with arrival time. Delivery arrived and was incomplete, then received a message a second delivery arrived the next day. On the day that the installer was due to arrive I had not received confirmation, so had to chase. Installer did arrive and rectified all the issues.
All in all not a good experience, my advice would be don’t risk it, clearly Sharp think you have nothing better to do than sit around all day, day in and day out waiting for them.

What an experience, sharps from beginning to end were amazing, from the design to the finish. Kept us updated on what was happening all the way through.
All professional players, turned up at exactly the time they stated.
We had three rooms done in our new apartment in Devon, the quality of the product is outstanding, and the fitter, Mr Tim Ford was excellent, fitting our units and wardrobes to the highest standard possible to uneven walls and floors. If you live down in Devon or Cornwall, request Tim, he is a real professional gentleman.

Sharps have been excellent to deal with from start to finish, with all staff very professional. We had fitted wardrobes put into a bedroom, and the design was brilliant. We were particularly impressed with our fitter, JACK WALLIS, whose communication, hard work, and skill were all amazing. The quality of the finished product is really impressive. It was expensive, but you do get quality for your money.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Measuring/ quote, surveyor and delivery all came when agreed and applied no hard sell pressure.

Luke Denning, fitter, spent four long days with us, arriving on time every day and has done a superb job. Top bloke as well! The finish is perfect and exactly what we wanted. Fab quality and beautifully finished.
