Excellent Customer Service
I had a problem with a ZeroStick frying pan, bought in 2024. I phoned the customer service line & explained the problem. The Ninja lady asked a few questions & requested photos. On receipt she immediately said that this was a genuine issue and send a replacement. They did not have a like-for-like in stock, so she upgraded to a ZeroStick Ceramic Pro. She advised that I could expect delivery within a week. The replacement pan has arrived next day.
I am absolutely delighted with this lady’s attitude, her helpfulness & professionalism. Also with Ninja for their common sense approach. I have several Ninja pans & knives & am very pleased with the quality of their products.

I am extremely disappointed with both this product and the company’s return policy.
The Shark Ninja hairstyler has a very poor design. It is significantly heavier than the Dyson Airwrap—approximately four times heavier in my experience—and the handle is much thicker, making it uncomfortable to hold. Even though I have relatively large hands, I found it difficult to use for more than a couple of minutes without discomfort.
Another major issue is that the attachment twists while you are styling your hair, making the device feel unstable and awkward to control. Overall, the design makes it tiring and frustrating to use.
Because of these issues, I decided to return the product. However, I was shocked to discover that although the website states that customers can receive a full refund if the product is returned within 30 days, the company deducted £33.33 from my refund.
I purchased the 5-in-1 hairstyler for £199.99, but I have only been offered a refund of £166.66. This feels extremely unfair and misleading. It seems as though customers are being penalised for exercising their right to return a product that they are not satisfied with. I was told that the deduction is for procedures the company needs to carry out after receiving the returned item, but this was not made clear before purchase.
I would appreciate an explanation for why £33.33 has been deducted when the website advertises a full refund for returns made within 30 days. If this deduction is part of the company’s policy, it should be clearly disclosed before customers make a purchase.

Beware of buying a Ninja Single drawer Air Fryer
I bought a single drawer Ninja Air Fryer directly from Ninja and found that there were no instructions with it at all. Certain things are simply common sense but cooking times are important. Undercooking chicken for instance could result in dire outcomes. I would say that without instructions there are Health and Safety implications. I even offered to pay as instructions are issued with other models but Customer Services were no help and refused to even let me purchase a copy.
Ninja do themselves no favours. My recommendation is don’t buy.

One rattles when spinning.
At £129.99 a unit you would expect far better quality.
When trying to send back 2 days after receiving but Sharkninja send you on a merry-go-round of trouble shooting and make returning or using warranties near impossible.
If you are reading this , I’d advise shopping elsewhere where. The hassle certainly isn’t worth it.

Poor poor ninja Barista Pro.
Really cheesed off. Ordered a new ninja barista pro which arrived today. Box was damaged and also not taped up correctly. Red flags. Opened the box set up the machine. Got a few steps in and the machine will not even make an espresso. Machine kept saying needs more beans. Jesus it ground down a whole kilo of beans and was asking for more. So much so the machine just blocked.
Called customer service and was in a queue for almost an hour only to be told that they can’t understand and have never seen an issue like this.
They won’t send a replacement till they have their faulty machine back yet they have my £900 for this pile of rubbish and are now saying up to 11 days for a refund.
I’m fuming to be honest.

Horrible experience. Bought shark breeze fan. Next day delivery. Not posted. Customer service tried to tell me it is 2-4 days delivery. When on the website 7 days per week, Next day delivery. Sitting with my poor bulldog in a heat without the fan. Plus...Customer service refused to cancel order as it was to late. You have 30min for canceling after placing order. After..you have to wait for ages to get item delivered. Horrible unprofessional attitude

Scammers and unreliable
Placed 2 separate orders yesterday after a long wait for my carpet washer and coffee machine. Order went through only for this damn scamming company to email saying cancelled due to tech issues and one with no reason. Apparently there was a tech issue but my friend also placed an order of a number of items, in fact 3 lots of the same electrical item, and she received them perfectly fine. Can you explain this so called "tech" issue????
Extortion and wholly unacceptable.
After waiting for months for an item to come into stock I was able to place an order on next day delivery. My order was confirmed and my credit card charged over £600. Three days later I had heard nothing further. Just now I have received an email to let me know my order was cancelled and I would get a refund in 10 days. This is extortion and is wholly unacceptable. I'm currently waiting on my fourth telephone call today.
I've just found out that the 50% saving was a mistake so they have cancelled all orders despite having already charged customers - despicable.
Some good news. They will honour the order! I'll have to pay again via an email payment request.
The email payment request didn't arrive. So I called again - still waiting.
One thing is for certain - I won't be getting my new barbeque for the bank holiday!!

What a faff! OK something went wrong but isn't your brand reputation worth more than desperately disregarding service levels to your customers to claw back at any expense?

Place an expensive order on next day delivery. All was confirmed and my payment taken but no progress since and now on day three. Called to receive quite the most useless customer service from two agents and now I'm on hold waiting for a third. The call has taken 20 minutes and has achieved nothing. Ninja wood fire pro xl… waste of money
Purchased Ninja wood fire pro xl electric BBq grill & smoker. Order was placed on 10.03.2024. It arrived a few days later. It was used maybe a dozen times in 2024 and same again in 2025. We purchased a watertight outdoor storage unit for it. It was looked after correctly.
Set it up to use just now, first time this year. Trips out electro as soon as you switch it on! Spoke to customer service who patronisingly went through exactly same procedure as instructions for trouble shooting …… nothing worked.
I got a ‘sorry but it’s out of warranty’ (by 4 weeks !) ‘ all I can offer you is 30% off a replacement’! This unit cost £320. Along with the stand and cover totalling just over £500.
Furious. How can manufacturers only allow such a short warranty on something that, in the Uk at least, only gets used around 6 months a year??
Don’t waste your money folks. Stick to either a gas or coals bbq. Never had any issues with those in the past, and they cost a minuscule amount in comparison. Chose this electric version for convenience 🤔🤣

Detect mode does not seem very effective, needs to be in boost mode to pick up cat hair from our rugs - but then the battery doesn't last very long at all. Need a second battery but £99 is a disgusting price for such a small battery pack. Dirt illumination light is excellent though.

I really wouldn't give this company any stars after having a serious accident when my blender cup exploded, after plastic surgery needing over 100 stitches inside and out i contacted the company they asked for the machine to be returned for inspection .Then came back with there was nothing wrong with the machine. Obviously machine parts dont explode without reason .But they were unwilling/uninterested to find that reason even when I asked if it could have been the fact the cup had never been changed in the two years or so since purchase I was shut down and told they wanted no further contact.

I must say, I have experienced fantastic customer service form Shark! I made a comment on a Facebook post about how lovely my 5 year old hoover has been until recently when it started playing up.
They reached out to me via messenger and provided troubleshooting support specific to my hoover specifications. While the troubleshooting did not work (very clear instructions provided on this, super easy to follow) they then offered additional support via a trained support team member.
My partner and I decided to replace the part of the hoover that was being troublesome via their website and it arrived within 24 hours (fabulous timing!)
Our hoover now works splendid again.
I am very pleased with the support provided, the friendly correspondence, the extra support offered and the lovely and speedy delivery of the new part.

Problem with my Shark Vacuum Cleaner under guarantee was sorted extremely quickly. Completed the online form Sunday yesterday morning and the part was delivered the next morning. Vacuum Cleaner working as new. I am so impressed with the efficient service they provided.
Really poor customer service
I ordered a cordless vacuum cleaner from Shark on 15 February. my order was confirmed, my credit card debited and an hour later my order was cancelled. No reason given.
I called Customer Service and after a lengthy wait the operative absolutely refused to tell me why the order had been cancelled. I now have to wait up to five working days for a refund.
I will never order from this company again.
Pointless Customer service Ninja 14/15 in
Owner of Ninja 14 and 15 in 1 Multi cooker respectively. Not cheap units, in the Ninja range. Totally understandably, my units are out of warranty, but have developed "Common " faults. After lengthy back and forth with emails to Customer service, asking for some troubleshooting/help for a remedy/spare part purchase, quite a blunt response. These units retail for £320 plus, but are most common with the faults, as viewed on various forums. If these faults are well documented, why don't Ninja address these issues, or offer a longer warranty. Definitely double think before another costly purchase from this brand, with the manufacturer views nothing more than a 'Throw away' Purchase !
Top notch after care
Super impressed with Shark Ninja’s after care and wanted to give credit where it is due.
We’ve had a vacuum cleaner that my wife bought directly from them for about 3-4 years. It developed a fault, we did some troubleshooting and it was a call the manufacturer job. We called Shark Ninja and without us being able to even find the order number they found our order, listened to the problem and immediately agreed that the part needed replacing and that while we hadn’t registered, foolishly, for the extended warranty we were automatically covered as we bought from them direct.
The part was shipped and arrived the next day - super impressive considering we called at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon!!
