Very helpful and thorough

Very informative, transparent and friendly from the get go. Also very quick in response and if there was any additional information needed, it was handled professionally and personable. A big shout out to Christie who was a big help and made all information needed clear and concise when any questions were asked.

It was really pleasant

It was really pleasant, Ema was very understanding. I explained the purpose of my loan, she made sure to ask if my financial situation will be better from taking this loan. I felt that was honourable from her.

Good company, would recommend

David was our customer service agent fella and he was sound as a pound, friendly and incredibly helpful. He worked really hard to get my stuff sorted last minute before the close of the day which I'm incredibly grateful for. And when things didn't work out for the original plan we had he very quickly sorted out alternative arrangements that helped me get what I needed. Top bloke, very helpful company.
Do be aware of high APR.

Joint loan

A helpful experience in getting a joint loan with my stepson very thourgh & accommodating checking out our credit information & our details Ema & staff were lovely & everything was positive & in order for the loan to process we were well satisfied & looked after.by share my loan.

Terrible response times and random repayment dates.

First loan repayment taken on a different day than stated on the contract, which itself was a completely different day than stated on the email send with the contract. Emailed regarding my concern, but once the loan has been accepted and sent to you, there is no response at all. Been waiting over 5 days now, which is unacceptable customer service.
