I had a wonderful experience for my laser treatment at Shapins Clinic, the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The laser was painless and the clinic was new (Harrow on the Hill) and hygienic. Totally recommend 10/10

I tried to re-arrange my appointment as I was suffering with food poisoning. (projectile vomiting!) Kept being advised I was being supported and yet could not rebook the appointment. Could not be refunded as did not give the appropriate 24 hours notice! Sorry only ate the food 12 hours ago. Totally ridiculous. I cannot even cancel my final session for a refund as I booked a block of 6 treatments - money grabbing firm - dont go there!

I'm the regular client here for hair restoration PRPs& skin microneedling . Very much satisfied with their quality of treatments and my overall experience is beyond expectation.

Always a 5 star experience. from the beginning to the end of the treatment everything was carried out so professionally. they use professional medical grade machines for HIFU and the other treatments too. Im so pleased with their high end treatments and defo recommend for everyone

It was such a pleasant experience for me at Shapins clinic . The starts are knowledgeable and welcoming . I have done several treatments here , such as HIFU , PRP , microneedling .. each time I’m overwhelmed with the results achieved.. definitely recommend for everyone 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very disappointing experience. After my second chemical peel treatment, I experienced burning and a skin reaction which caused me to completely lose confidence in continuing treatment at this clinic.

I was then pressured into purchasing a larger treatment package and paid over £300 in total on the understanding that PayPal instalments would be arranged. Despite repeatedly chasing this for weeks, the payment arrangement was never properly set up.

When I later explained my concerns and requested a refund due to the reaction and breakdown in trust, the clinic refused any reimbursement and simply referred back to “non-refundable” terms and conditions rather than taking genuine responsibility or trying to resolve the situation fairly.

I found the handling of the situation extremely poor and dismissive once payment had been taken. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend.

It takes a lot to upset me , but I had a app at 9am , so I dragged myself out of bed on my precious day off , find this clinic in a random building ( not marked at all)
I sit down in this little reception, with not much help or enthusiasm from the young guy there ( I don’t think he has anything to do with shappins )
I eventually ask what floor it’s on , when I get there lights are off no one there …
I call the number on shapins website , they tell me there is a problem on site , errrr excuse me looks like am the only one on site …so I left , really disappointed, waist of my time and morning off , never got to experience their treatments and not interested either

Difficulty redeeming my voucher online. Rang shapinsclinic in Reading a couple of weeks ago as no confirmation or response when booking inline. Visited shapinsclinic and man at reception rang through and explained the situation. I was told that they were having technical problems with their booking system and was given an email address to contact them, which I did and still no response. I’m very disappointed when trying to redeem voucher or response to book appointment

I turned up on with plenty of time for my 1pm appointment at Shapins Reading clinic booked via Groupon. The venue is in an office block and it was difficult to find the room I was directed to by downstairs reception. There was a number on the door but no sign it was Shapins Clinic. I was told by the man sitting in the office that "we are having problems with IT and we have double booked. Are you ok waiting an hour?" I said I wasn't so he suggested getting a refund from Groupon. After I had driven to my next destination I saw an email from the therapist saying that there were problems with the booking system but rather than an hour's delay it was only 15 minutes and could I come back? Unfortunately I was 20 minutes away and already had other appointments. A real disappointment for a new company/venue and a total waste of time.

I purchased a discounted skincare package. I paid £250 as part of a discounted offer, with an outstanding balance of £290.
When I arrived for my appointment today, I was informed that I could not have my treatment unless I paid the full remaining balance upfront. I told them I can pay it when I get back home because I dont have my card on me. I explained that the treatment I booked, even without the discount, costs £180, and that my initial payment already covers this session. Despite this, I was refused service and treated unhelpfully.
After I left the clinic, I received a call saying I could have today’s session after all, but by that point the experience had been very disappointing and confusing. The service I paid for was not provided as agreed.
I should have consider the negative feedback in google reviews before this purchase but I just wanted to give a chance and it is such a waste of time and money.
Dont trust Farnham venue or check every detail before making any purchase.
