There are times when you wish a 0 star review was an option. I ordered a shaper but it did not come in a timely manner so I was forced to get a different shaper from a different company for the event I was attending. I contacted customer service about a return since it was clearly their fault for not shipping it timely and was told that I would have to eat the cost of shipping it back to them. They said the cheaper option would be for me to buy a different shaper at 50% off. WHAT? I have to spend more money because of a mistake they made? Ridiculous! On top of the horrendous customer service, the shaper isn't even comfortable!

I did not realize the size was not correct on my order until it was placed. Thank you for such prompt correction. I can’t wait for my product. You were very quick to fix my mistake.

Wonderful experience talking with customer service. The lady was very sweet and very prompt and even called me back. She was able to help me with corrected my order and I am completely satisfied and now I’m just waiting on all of it to arrive. Thank you and have a good day

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! I ordered 60 dollars worth of merchandise and they dint put the address down just the apartment number, which I feel they did on purpose! When I tried to get a replacement or refund they said they would do it!

This is my second order for this Shapessy waist trainer product. I wear it for a brace for a couple abdominal hernias and with some minimal alterations to customize it to keep the straps where I need them. `It is the best solution I have found, bar none. It is quite soft and elastic which makes it easy for me to breathe.
Also I found the customer service person to be very nice. It is coming from China so it has a lot of customs issues to pass through so it takes a little longer in US customs. It's worth it!

I was able to get everything I needed done and Sha was very respectful and took her time to help me.

Don't buy from this company, it's from China. They don't ship or refund your money! Please share and let everyone know. It's been a month. I file fraud charges on my credit card. They think they are safe just because they're in China!!

If I could rate 0 I would I ordered two items back in February it is now April and I haven’t received anything I left voicemails and one time someone called me back said to give it a week and still nothing I spent my money on items I still haven’t received so I am pissed this company is trash

I ordered a pair end of January, and it is now April and I still have received little to no tracking information on my package, and I have asked for a refund twice and they have not given me a refund. They have sent me the tracking link and the last update was at the end of January. I waited and was patient considering all that is going on, but clearly the package is lost or misplaced and it is going on four months now and customer service is of no help to me. Very dissatisfied.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Their customer service is one of the most incompetent and slow people. First off, the customer service number is bogus because they never answer and then it hangs up by itself. When trying to fix an order before it ships, this is very frustrating. I called numerous times for numerous days with no success. Then I decided to try my luck by email, but unfortunately I ran with the same luck. They emailed me 3 days later to tell me that my order had been already shipped and that they could not do anything about it. Then they want to say they would give me a discount so I can reorder. Why would I want to reorder after this horrible experience? I have never seen such balderdash.Its the worst I’ve seen!

"Daisy", with Customer Care went the extra step to check my order history to see if I ordered with them before, because I wanted a refund!!! She offered me a "30% code" towards the purchase of another product!! The waist trainer never shipped and I never received my refund!! The Company is located in Shenzhen, China!!!

They stole my money and refuse to respond to my emails. It’s a scam site with no customer service number.

I placed an order with this company due to an add i saw on Facebook big mistake. This company is a fraud is not located in Delaware is in CHINA they will never sent the items your bought, phone customer service never answers if you email customer service they will reply just telling you they shipped the order and there's nothing they can do and even if the tracking info says processing at warehouse since February 21 its not their fault they just tell you the shiping company cjpk has problems scanning bar codes or updating tracking info but package in on the way they won't cancel or refund your money. The better business bureau can't do nothing do to company been out of business or unreachable and I cant have my money back because I paid with klarna and they won't help me either because the company has to cancel the order in order for them to refund my money

I was expecting it to take longer but it got here pretty fast I ordered an extra large because I'm on a weight loss journey and I have lost 28 lb so pretty happy with the way it fits very easy to get on I do recommend and probably will be buying a smaller size soon 😊

I have not received the items that I ordered in January. Customer service has given me 3 different ridiculous reasons why and will not refund my money. My tracking number gives me no information and they keep telling me my items are "around the corner". I don't know what corner they are around but it's not mine!!! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

ZERO.. Horrible products. Horrible customer service! Very bad materials and you pay for return shipping and 20% restocking fee... And it takes a month to receive your crap just for it to suck. Ugh! @?!*

I order from them going on 4 weeks now and still never received my order!!!! Then there customer service team advise it can be 7-21 business before I received. Which is nowhere stated on there site. There site and my order confirmation said standard shipping would be 4-8 business days. Once I should proof of my confirmation they stopped emailing me back!!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! Would not recommend!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars i would ! a total scam. don’t order from them. the email isn’t even legit! it’s says my order was delivered but it wasn’t so i tried to email them but i couldn’t.

Aweful this site need to be reported after going on 2months I had to contact my bank I still give them time still didn’t receive nothing please don’t do it you call customer service you get the answering machine they scams that take people money report them please
