I ordered 2 bras size 4X which were sized more like 36B and were of questionable quality. I said I wanted to return them since they didn’t fit. I received auto-generated messages from customer service to the point I asked if I was speaking to an actual person or AI.
I was told I couldn’t return them because they were intimate apparel. I then sent them a screenshot of their own return policy where it says bras that are unworn, have tags attached, etc can be returned. I was offered reshipment instead. I could keep the bras and for only $15.99 could get 2 more bras to try.
I repeated that the bras are too small, that no one’s DDs could possibly fit in those itty-bitty cups, and 4X was the largest size. Offering 2 more bras is useless!
I gave it a couple days then emailed asking if they’d had a chance to review their return policy showing I was correct. I got another auto-generated message - “it’s so important to have a bra that fits blah blah blah” - and the suggestion of reshipment. I said to forward my email to the manager.
I received a message from someone else saying I couldn’t return them because the bras were a sale item. Ohhh, I guess the first 2 people didn’t know about that one. I suppose she had me there. I mean, if you perpetually keep your bras “on sale”, then no one will EVER be able to return anything. Very clever, my friend. Then she changed the status of my refund request to “closed.”
The sizing is waaaay off, the quality is subpar, returns are practically nonexistent, and the customer service is an exercise in futility. Do NOT buy from Shapedly.

I purchased a bra on sale and the product I received did NOT match what was advertised. The quality, fit, and overall product were very disappointing compared to the claims made online.
When I reached out for a refund, I was told that sale items are “not eligible for returns or refunds” and was only offered a replacement if I paid an additional shipping fee. I was also told I could keep the item, but no actual refund was offered. This feels misleading and unhelpful after the purchase is already made.
Overall, I feel the return policy is designed to avoid giving refunds rather than helping customers. I would strongly suggest buying from more reliable retailers like Amazon, where customer protection and refunds are much more straightforward and dependable.
I would not purchase again and do not recommend this company based on my experience.
Badly fitting and wrongly sized bras.
I have received my order of bras which unfortunately are faulty due to being incorrectly sized. All bras are tagged as being 3xl however one is vastly too big and the others way too small.

Writing to Shapedly about my issues for over 6 weeks now and have not had a resolution. I’m asking for a refund. I’m being fibbed off with different emails purportedly from different employees, none of whom are able to refund my money. I’m being offered new bras for a postage fee but I’m unable to trust the measuring system as it obviously does not work for me based on the bras I’ve received. This company is not easy to deal with and I certainly do not recommend using them. I’m still awaiting my refund for these incorrectly labelled bras. Very disappointed that they obviously think that if they fob me off or ignore me for long enough then I will stop demanding my rightful refund.

Scam
Scam, size is way off (checked measurements) and small size padding used for 2 XL. The back clasp has only 2 clips, there is no wode shoulder strap. The material is not like jelky, its gauze. When I complained I was told a refundwas given only if item was faulty, I replied that if it wasn't as described, or the wrong size it was faulty. They stopped communicating after that, so no refund.

I ordered a bra from them based off of their size chart and it came wayy to small, so I wanted to exchange or return as it said on their website “free and easy 60 day return or exchange” but the customer care team refused to respond and kept on sending me the same automated message over and over telling me to pay $15.99 so they can process an exchange. And when I said I wanted to return the item (as is my legal right under consumer law), they refused or responded with the same automated email asking for $15.99 or would not answer at all.
Now i’m left with 2 bras that I don’t want and no refund in sight.
I feel like i have been scammed and do not trust this brand whatsoever.

I ordered two bras. They do not fit. I emailed asking to return the bras and get a refund. They keep going bck and forth trying to get me a new bra. I do not like the fit and I want to give them back and get my money back. They will not let me do this. They are holding my money hostage. This is beyond unacceptable. I have never had such an experience with an online retailer. And had I known you cannot make returns online but have to email with someone, i NEVER would have ordered from them. Buyer beware. I ordered 4 bras two back smoothing and other two jelly bras on 1st March and received my order 13th April after so many reminders and follow ups🙄. Anyways back smoothing bras are fine although material is not breathable but jelly bras are not up to the mark the nude colored has good material but size is wrong M size is too small and the other one is same size and article but leopard print has different material and style and it’s fitting is very bad. the material is so stretchable that it’s hardly holding the breast doesn’t grip and later it’s get up on chest and let the boobs hanging in the air 🤦♀️

If I could give it no stars I would. Easy order process but that’s where it stopped. Cup sizes don't match actual bra size - far too small & would fit a 6yr old. One of the two bras I received was not even the type I ordered (Smoothing Comfort Wireless Jelly Bras) and doesn’t even appear on their website. Their returns policy clearly states “Received something Damaged or Incorrect? No worries—snap a photo and contact our team. We’ll get it sorted quickly for defects or fulfillment errors.” I contacted them & sent photos. Both bras had slits in the underside fabric where the padding had been inserted. They refused to refund but offered a discount on future purchases. As if!! They are inferior rubbish! Non existent service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Well safe to say they are definitely scamming customers I ordered two of the jelly comfort bras and the ones I got sent well they wouldn’t have even fit my 9 year old niece!! As for the flimsy material and fakeness was even worse they even admitted in a email I was sent the wrong bras but have not rectified it or even given a refund despite them telling me they will send more out! Please save your money and buy from reputable companies not some scam site I will not give up hounding them till I get my refund!

A shocking company. I ordered medium size bras as their chart indicated suitable for a 34B and 36B. I received bras that would fit a child. They literally measure 11 inches across. When I contacted the company they wanted over A$30 extra on top of the A$72 I’ve already paid to send new ones. Do not risk buying from this company.

My wife ordered a bra from this company on March 10.2026 The shipment arrived March 27.2026. My wife ordered a 5x size Smoothing Comfort Wireless Jelly™ Bra Leopard Dark/5XL Your company shipped out a 4x size bra which does not fit. The only response we have received is a size chart link and a note stating that The right size is important and that for $10.00 you can ship to her. She ordered the correct size already and was shipped the incorrect size. We are not paying extra to get what we ordered that was shipped wrong. The last response we received was on March 28th.2026 .

Just received and email where they are offering a 25%refund. 25% refund on something they shipped wrong. What a joke this company is.
