Access to Paid Course Blocked Without Warning
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
I paid for this course in full and had already progressed to Week 11. Without proper prior notice, a new quiz system was introduced and applied to existing students. As a result, I was suddenly blocked from accessing my training and forced to go back and complete quizzes from the very beginning just to regain access.
This is not a small inconvenience. It has disrupted my training schedule and forced me to spend unnecessary time on very basic questions that add no real value at my current level. Having already completed the earlier lessons, being required to redo material simply to unlock content is unreasonable and unfair.
What is even more concerning is that I have also been unable to access other parts of the course that I previously paid for, including content from 2024. This raises serious concerns about how access to paid content can be changed or restricted after purchase.
I have made multiple attempts to contact support via email and social media, but I have not received a proper response or resolution. Being ignored while access to paid content is restricted is unacceptable and does not reflect a professional or reliable service.
This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the programme. If you are considering this course, I strongly recommend that you clarify exactly how access works and whether any restrictions can be introduced after purchase.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this course.
