These guys are super honest and professional. I sent in a photo of my damaged led screen asking for the cost of replacement and after seeing the brand and condition the guy promptly said Sir buy a new one with warranty it will work out cheaper than replacing the screen. For me that is Integrity. And it is much appreciated !

I believe it will be better if you mention that all TVs are renewed, and don’t rely on the word open box, the TV I have bought was with a changed screen , colors are not same as original.
From your ads, I understood that the products are new with open boxes - but in actual it’s maintained and used, I have to ask to change my TV after delivery by 1 hour, it’s changed with another one not exactly the same model I bought, but similar.

I would recommend you get more clarity about your products, as long as your prices are only 20% less than original product.

I have nothing to add; your service was very good. I hope you will consider reducing service fees for your customers. Personally, I experienced a delay in picking up my television. I hope this improves in the future. I wish you all the best.

The speed and smooth delivery and then a smooth installation, with proper clean up.

While a heavy storm was happening in UAE, Thought it will take a long time to get my damaged TV.

However the technical support department in shamsalsahil workshop they did an excellent job and delivered a great experience.

They get the TV from my home and do the reparation and deliver it back to my home in great condition.

I wish you guys a great days a head and success.
