Delivery took 5 months. I wanted to just cancel/return my order, but they wouldn’t refund me until I got the package and returned it. So, ultimately, I was just in the dark for months. When I finally got my order, I was excited that it actually shipped, but the quality was very disappointing. Material was thin and there were a bunch of loose threads.

Fraud and problem with refund
I made an international purchase with the company that claimed to have sent it, but what I found out later is that they use a carrier that is globally recognized for losing and delaying orders by months. That's why I chose to return the product and have my refund, but they claim to only deliver the refund after they have received the product from the company. In other words, as the carrier loses products, they never pay refunds

Hey Joao! We ship everything with NZ Post as they’re the main courier for us locally, and if a parcel goes missing on its way to you we'll either refund or flick out a new one. However, as we’ve explained to you, since you chose to return the order the responsibility is now on you as the sender, we aren’t liable for missing returns. This is all clearly outlined in our policies.

Hey Jacek! You placed your order on a Sunday and on the Monday morning sent an email demanding a refund as your order hadn’t been shipped so we provided you this refund immediately. We’re just a small team doing fulfilment in house so we don’t post out on weekends. Sorry if this wasn’t good enough for you
