Sent them an email about an issue with a product and they were quick to reply and went above and beyond to help and to offer a replacement or refund if their steps didn’t help. They were also super thankful for my positive feedback, and really genuinely friendly and lovely. I cannot recommend them enough!

The radio was offered at a good price. Delivery was quick. So far, so good. I cannot comment on how well the radio will last, but I've no reason to doubt it. If I need anything of the prepping variety I'll certainly give this site a look.
