Thanks for your review. Our returns policy is inline with industry standard and put in place to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Due to the nature of our products, it would not be appropriate to accept returns of items that have been opened and therefore, may have been used.

We ensure that the seal on all items we despatch are intact for the safety and peace of mind for our customers.

We value all customers and visitors to our website, it's never our intention to come across as rude or unprofessional.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, your order was delayed due to an out of stock item. We emailed you immediately to inform you of the missing item but based on our communication with you, it appears this went into your junk.

When an item goes out of stock, we like to inform our customers right away, so they can either proceed with a partial order (waiting for the missing item to be shipped, or cancelling it), wait for the entire order to be in stock and shipped togehter, or cancel the order, to be placed at a later date.

It's unfortunate that our email landed in your junk, this as you will know is totally out of our control. Due to our strict discretion policy, this is the only form of outbound communication we use.

There was also futher confusion, as during our email communication the missing out was re-stocked from our supplier and our warehouse despatched the items.

We offered to upgrade your delivery to a premium weekened service, which you declined as the goods were needed on a certain day. We then refunded your order in full.

Hello

Your order was sent by us on the 03rd April using Royal Mail second class as selected.
Unfortunately, this is an untracked service and so we are unable to see whether delivery has been attempted.
We cannot find any correspondence from yourself prior to this review and so if you would like us to launch an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf, please email us at sales@sexsuperstore.co.uk

Currently we only offer our free post address for items that are faulty or damaged. As this was not indicated on your returns form, this wasn’t offered.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. You chose Royal Mail 2nd Class Untracked, I can see your order was attempted to be delivered on 04 March, but you were not available. Your order was placed on Saturday 25th February and shipped at 09:36 on Monday 27th February. We state on our website that 2nd class could take 3-5 days to be delivered.

This means your order was with you within the estimated time frame stated on our website (on the product page, our delivery estimator and our shipping policy page).

We also offer other delivery services such as DPD for speedy delivery for when you’re in a rush :)
