For the price paid the product is of…

For the price paid the product is of very high aesthetic quality and well made. However the end packaging and presentation lets its down. Whilst it might come in material paper box to be more environmentally friendly, SS need to adopt in making sure that the tasbihs come with either solid boxed covers or jewellery style bags particularly to improve its value for money aspect. This will also lift the product quality status to a different level.

Thank you for taking the time to share your constructive feedback on the packaging of our tasbih. It means a lot to us to receive such inspiring and passionate massages. We truly appreciate your honest opinion, and we understand your concerns regarding the presentation of our premium tasbih.

At Seven Sajada, we have made a conscious effort to prioritize the quality of our tasbih, ensuring that each one is handcrafted to meet our high standards, using the finest materials such as natural gemstones, cubic zirconia, and sterling silver separators. Our aim has always been to provide our customers with best quality tasbih possible for the prices we charge.

In order to maintain the balance between the quality of our tasbih and keeping the price accessible to our valued brothers and sisters, we have had to find a more "cost-effective" solution for our packaging. We understand that the current packaging may not appear as premium as the tasbih itself, but we kindly ask for your understading that it is a conscious dicision and intention from our side to put all effort and costs on the tasbih itself.

We will continue to strive for ways to improve both our product and its presentation, and your feedback is valuable to us. We hope that you enjoy using your Seven Sajada tasbih and kindly ask for your apologies in advance if we have not being able to completly live up to your expectations.

I'm so happy with my purchase!
When I ordered I forgot to write a special wish in the note section and I had to contact them from the support. They answered real guick and accepted my request. The carpets are just so adorable and good quality 💕
