Complete scam.
Spent a lot of money on Christmas presents that never arrived, contacted customer services who agreed to a refund and then never refunded us. Avoid at all costs!!!
Edit to update - the company tried to get the review taken down, and still never contacted us back. Eventually had to go to the bank and get the money back that way!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I ordered on 7 jan and its already 21 and since 13 january i havent got any updates on it , its stuck at ,, package is crossing the border” i ve tried to contact them but no answer… this was my 1 year gift to my girlfriend..terrible customer experience i can say also i tried to email them but no responses ..

i was contacted about them and we have resolved the problem so its all good right now.

My proposal day was ruined, they are shocking to get ahold of still waiting for a reply off of them and have been waiting over 3 weeks my partner bought this ring and it came a size to big was trying to send back to get another size ,they do not answer your emails or phone messages what so ever would avoid at all costs

Update: they have gotten in contact with me finally and have offered a lot of help

Update 2: I’m really not happy with customer service after being in contact and agreeing to send the ring back they have messaged me for a follow up on how everything’s going they then sent me this message “ Hello there, I am following up regarding the review. Are you able to delete it since it’s harming our reputation?” this is very unprofessional and you should be doing your job if you don’t want your reputation ruined will never be returning and will be avoiding at all costs.

My boyfriend ordered a ring, but it was too big for me so we decided to exchange it for a smaller size, but when i contacted sevenesy no one answer the countless emails, the deadline for the exchange is about to expire and i’m worried, i’m so disenchanted with customer service, need a quick response because i can’t use my ring

Ho ordinato un anello per natale, tralasciando il fatto che la data di consegna non è stata rispettata ed è arrivato quasi un mese dopo, quando arrivato mi sono accorto essere di una misura troppo grande, ho contattato il servizio clienti per effettuare un reso ma non mi hanno risposto. Ora mi trovo con un anello inutile a casa.

dopo questa recensione finalmente mi hanno contattato, tempi di risposta molto lunghi, alla fine ho scoperto che la spedizione era a mio carico, va bene.
lo spedisco entro la data da loro indicata e glielo comunico, nessuna risposta. ora è piu di una settimana che il pacco è arrivato da loro, ho controllato con il codice della spedizione e non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso quando mi era stato assicurato che sarebbe arrivato entro 1-2 gg lavorativi.
appena avrò novità aggiornerò questa recensione.

2 sieraden bestelt niks aangekomen bij postnl. ook helemaal geen reactie gekregen op mijn mailtjes en ook geen reactie op de app. Heb het bedrijf meerdere keren proberen te benaderen maar ze negeren me. Pure oplichting

I’ve been trying to cotact them 1 month ago about a size change, and I sent it back, but it’s sitting there without an answer, i hope we can solve this.

Update:
I have ordered it in november. Sent it back for a size change. I have contancted then via: whatsapp, instagram, tiktok, email, messenger. Havent got anything reply.
I dont know if its a scam or not, but I hole we can fix this, because if we cant it would be very bad for the company

the ring is not silver as they say, it is made of a poor quality material. I have been writing to them for three days and they have not answered me for the return. furthermore I have not received the beautiful white box but a very sad brown cardboard box, not to mention that the little light in the box after not even a day no longer works. I was very disappointed.

update: they replied to me after a week at 10 emails telling me that they will refund me the money, I am waiting for this to happen.
Sevenesy flagged one of my reviews saying they are not true when in the email I sent photos that prove that what I wrote was all true.

THE REFUND NEVER HAPPENED (two months have passed)

Im writing on behalf of my son. Took forever for the ring to arrive in the first place. When it did it was too big. Contacted them via their message system at least 5 times and I have heard nothing. Also tried to contact via WhatsApp. Very upset as my son baught this item and had very little money as he is in full time college. Now we are past the 14 days to return as they have been unresponsive. No customer service what's so ever!

RECIEVED A REPLY
I have now received a reply a d they have offered until 31Jan to send the product back. After inspectin of the item i will then recieve a refund if all is OK. Just a little worried as I only got an address no return label or instructions like you normally do when you return an item. Hopefully all will be well.

My boyfriend orderd the deluxe ring for my birthday. Sadly it was way too big… I reached out to customer service on the website and with a text message. It has been 5 days now an still no reply. Verry frustrating since the 14 days to return it in is coming up.

Inadmissible je shouaite être remboursé depuis plus d’un moi car j’ai commandé il y a deux mois sans avoir rien reçu et ils ne répondent pas (sauf si c’est pour me demander de retirer mes avis qui ont d’ailleurs été supprimés). Bref n’achetez pas sur ce site et ne vous faites pas avoir par les avis 5 étoiles qui sont faux

I ordered a lovely ring from this site on 12/26 for a birthday on 1/11 figuring this would be plenty of time. I started reaching out to the company on the 7th through every means without response. Left a 1 star review on this site and received the response below. I replied to the response and still did not get any info. On 1/14 I finally contacted my bank to reverse charges and planned on purchasing a different gift. The company finally contacted me, upset that I had contacted my bank and claimed that they had contacted me with all my information, which they had not. I ended up receiving the ring today 1/16 and I have to say that it is absolutely gorgeous. I have contacted my bank and opted to change my review. It was stressful not being able to contact the company but I have absolutely no complaints about the product.

Bestellung wurde am 28.12.2024 getätigt. Bis jetzt ist der Artikel weder versendet, noch habe ich eine Antwort auf mehrere Nachrichten an den Support bekommen. Finger weg, die wollen nur euer Geld und es passiert nichts!

Edit: Am 20.01.2025 ist die Bestellung nun endlich angekommen. Trotzdem das ernüchternde Fazit: Bestellt wo anders und spart euch das Geld und die Lebenszeit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered this item going on 3 weeks ago. My shipping information was updated maybe 3 times since then. First it was on time for be delivered at the beginning of the year (2025), now it’s stuck at calculating delivery. Why am I never able to get in contact with the company??? This makes no sense. You guys need to work on customer service and a better shipping company. There is no reason for little to no updates. Then when I do receive an update it’s about a delay?????!!!!! Upset is not even the word!

i wouldn’t recommend using this website they don’t answer back anytime i have tried to reach out. My boyfriend ordered me a ring a while ago received the order but the ring was no where to be found. I have tried to contact them over and over again but still no answer. i would just like my ring.

I thought this was a legit company. I ordered almost 20 days ago! I still don’t even have tracking on my shipping and they will not email me back I want a refund!

I bought a ring for my girlfriend and her finger turned green. It says on the website that you can get a refund if you send an email but they are not answering my emails. I’m never buying from here again.

This company is full of false hope and telling you what you want to hear. I order nearly two whole months ago and have not even received any shipping information. As far as a company goes this is by far the worst encounter I have ever had and will tell everyone I possible can to report and help close this company down… absolutely terrible service and I hope no one wastes there hard earned money on this scam of a company!

J'ai commandé trois articles sur leur site il y a un mois, je ne les ai toujours pas reçus, d'abord ils m'ont fait croire que la commande avait du retard dû au fait que les articles étaient en rupture de stock, je les ai relancés quelques temps après, ils m'ont indiqué qu'il y avait un problème sans m'indiquer lequel, puis enfin, ils m'ont proposé un remboursement pour lequel je n'ai toujours pas de réponse

Comme dit dans les autres avis, leurs avis positifs sont bien évidemment de faux avis
