Hab einen Ring seit knapp 2 Monaten mit dem bin ich auch zufrieden.
Aber sie haben mir 2 mal die falsche Größe geschickt, dann habe ich ewig versucht eine Antwort von denen zu bekommen, die Antwort bekam ich erst als ich bei Paypal einen Fall aufgemachte habe. Daraufhin sagten sie mir ich soll die Ringe zurückschicken und den Fall schließen, nach 3 Wochen bekam ich erst das Geld allerdings nur für einen Ring.

Ik heb op 31 december een review geplaatst over mijn slechte ervaring met Sevenesy, en sindsdien is er niets veranderd. Ik heb twee ringen besteld (bestellingen #7054 en #9766), deze correct geretourneerd en bevestiging gekregen dat ze op 31 december zijn afgeleverd. Toch heb ik nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

Sevenesy reageerde destijds op mijn review en beloofde het “zo snel mogelijk” af te handelen, maar in werkelijkheid negeren ze nu al mijn berichten en e-mails. In plaats van mijn terugbetaling te verwerken, vroegen ze mij om mijn review te verwijderen om hun reputatie te beschermen. Dit terwijl het probleem nog steeds niet is opgelost.

Dit is extreem onprofessioneel en onacceptabel. Ik raad iedereen af om hier iets te bestellen. Een bedrijf dat zo met klanten omgaat en weigert terugbetalingen te verwerken, is niet te vertrouwen.

Unfortunately, it's been 1 month now and I haven't received either the shipment or the refund as they said. I shared an opinion on this site and they made me delete it for damaging the reputation and said they refused my order and would refund my money and since then no one has written to me or contacted me. If there is any progress, I will update this message.

edit: They sent me an email similar like 2 weeks ago saying they are working on a refund for me. If I get my money, there will be a update for this message.
Edit: stil no progress after almost 2 months
edit: 3 months without refund or anything so they just send you a email that they work for solution and never do anything

when i ordered the ring came in a month that’s okey but then i returned it because the fitment was a little bit off so i choose to get another and send mine back now it is 3 months and they are not responding back they have my ring and not communicating so they took my money and a ring
Update: customer service contacted me when i wrote here that they are scammers so if you want them to contact you you need to write they are scammers and its not far from true because they are
Update on delivery: came in 3 days fast delivery but wrong ring came :) im getting angry about this company

I had placed an order on the 6th February. It is now 21st of February and have still not received my product or any update of what is going on. I have sent numerous emails and the only responses I’m getting is “our team will update you as soon as possible” how long does it take to pack an order and get it shipped or send an email about confirmation of the order as you messed up on your side. NEVER ORDER from this company. Straight up scam and useless. If I could give this company a 0 I honestly would.

I bought a ring a size to big so I want to Exchange it for a smaller size I sent them a e-mail about a week ago no response when it says we contact you within 48 hours I just want to Exchange it so it fits but this is real poor costumer service at the moment

They have beautifull Products for a good price but at the moment I would not buy anything anymore from there or tell people where the ring is from

I had ordered the wrong ring size and they said they will help me sort it out however they have still not replied to my email. I had written another review on trust pilot after I noticed they only reply once you leave them a bad review. The product is beautiful however their customer service is very poor. I had asked them to change the ring size for a smaller one or refund me the money after I had sent the ring back to them, they have still not gotten back to me and it’s almost been a month

Mijn zoon van 17 kocht een ketting voor zijn vriendin voor kerst. "opeens" was de ketting niet meer leverbaar nadat hij al lang onderweg had moeten zijn. Hij kreeg een mailtje, wil je geld terug of een tegoedbon? Hij koos voor geld terug zodat hij zijn vriendin toch nog iets kon geven voor kerst. Maar je raad het al, nooit geld teruggehad en nergens meer een reactie op. Sevenesy ga je schamen!

I asked for a refund and they haven't answered me for weeks, after asking me to delete my review in exchange for a refund, basically, a scam and very unfair in my opinion

Paid for 1-2 day shipping, 6 days later still no ring and their support doesnt answer your e-mails at all. Ignore this site.

EDIT: The ring i bought turned my girlfriends finger green after 1-2 weeks of use (never in water or anything else) just normal use. I wrote to their support over 5 days ago with no response. Ignore these scammers.

Well it's been a long time since I sent an item back for a refund and after a while I finally got a response that my refund being processed and I should get my money back in a few days that was on January 21 when I got this email, so now its Feb 13 and I still didn't get my money, so I'm wondering if you are guys busy with it cause no answers to emails about it, I hope its not gonna take much longer since I've been waiting for my money more than a month now, order number 10346

I had asked for an exchange for my gift for my girlfriend from Christmas, they got back to me with the address, I paid tracking delivery to them and emailed asking for updates on my exchange after it had arrived. I have messaged every social media they have and sent multiple emails and haven’t heard anything back, now I just want my money back but still no response

Von Anfang an war das eine 5 von 5 sternen Erfahrung, bestellt wurde ein Ring, es kam schnell an, gut und wunderschön verpackt, auch von sich war der Ring absolut umwerfend. Doch alles änderte sich am dritten Tag, da habe ich bemerkt dass ein stein fehlt, und zwischen den Herzen eine art Verschleiß entstanden ist, sofort wurde der Händler kontaktiert, ganz schnell bekam ich die Antwort sie würden mir den Ring natürlich erstetzen, aber dann um die 1 monat stille, keine antwort, nirgends, nicht auf WhatsApp, nicht auf email, nicht auf der website, aber natürlich als es so weit kam dass ich zu paypal gehen musste und den fall melden, hat der Verkäufer mir am letzten tag vor dem geld zurückbekommen geantwortet mit den worten ich werde ein neues ring bekommen, wiedermal, ist jetzt auch schon eine woche her.
Ganz ehrlich, nach all den Stress den es mir zubereitet hat, bereue ich es dass ich nicht 20€ mehr für den selben pandora Ring ausgegeben hab...

ho acquistato un anello, il 16 gennaio 2025, la spedizione in Europa era prevista in 2-3 giorni e l'anello mi è stato consegnato il 28 gennaio 2025 (quindi già non è stata rispettata i tempi di consegna).Nell'attesa che mi venisse consegnato il pacco, con il ritardo che ha avuto, ho contattato anche il servizio clienti su whatsapp ma non ho MAI ricevuto una risposta. Il 30 gennaio ho effettuato una prima email per il reso e ottenere il rimborso (dato che il tempo limite per il rimborso sono 14 giorni). ho continuato ad inviare email, ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto risposte. il mio numero di ordine è 11431

Total scam, terrible experience, lost money, waiting for my order for the third month, that was delivered to an unknown person. spiteful attitude of customer service to customers who ignores and does not want to make a refund.
