Maintenance chap Kevin Clearly came to install grab rails around our bath, to assist my husband who's had a stroke. Excellent work. Checked where they need to be, explained how he'd fitted them and made very little mess. A big thank you Kevin.

Great service and high level of works completed by Kevin Cleary, friendly person with great DIY knowledge.

He was quick and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. He was polite and got a good knowledge on how to fix the door issue.

Kevin tended to a problem in my apartment and realising that the problem can also occur in other locks, he checked all the other locks too and made sure they were Alright

contacted Seven Capital, to raise a couple of issues in the apartment I have just rented.
Tania from SC took up my case and arranged for plumbers to attend.
All organised by Tania all I had to do was respond with availability, great for me, the plumbers turned up on the set day and did a part fix, due to an actual part needing sourced.
2nd follow up appointment also executed by Tania went exactly the same way.
new part now installed and all is well in the apartment.
