Sevalla change my impression.

Sevalla gave me a very bad impression. I tested it using Kinsta, but then had to connect to Sevalla's database. When I shut down the service on Kinsta, the Sevalla database wasn't deleted along with it, and Sevalla continued to charge me. When I contacted Sevalla's support email, but never received a reply. Then I contacted Kinsta's service, and they said Sevalla was separate from them and could only forward my request to Sevalla, but Sevalla still didn't respond. They charged me for three months; please, Sevalla, refund my money.

Thanks, Sevalla contact me and full refund. So Update my review for their services.

We'd like to clarify how Sevalla's platform works: databases are independent resources, separate from any application or WordPress site. Deleting an app does not automatically remove an attached database, this is by design, as many customers intentionally reuse or share databases across multiple services. The responsibility for managing and deleting individual resources, including databases, rests with the account owner.

That said, we understand this behavior may not have been immediately clear, and we genuinely empathize with the frustration of unexpected charges. As a goodwill gesture, we have gone ahead and processed a full refund and removed your payment details from our system.

We'd also like to address the support concern: our primary support channel is the in-app chat at app.sevalla.com, where our team is available and responds quickly. We're sorry the email route didn't reach us in time, the in-app chat is always the fastest way to get help.

We hope this clears things up, and we'd welcome the chance to make things right if you ever decide to give Sevalla another try.

I’ve been really impressed with Sevalla

I’ve been really impressed with Sevalla so far. The platform is straightforward to use, and everything feels well thought-out without being overcomplicated. It’s clear there’s a strong focus on developer experience, which makes a big difference day-to-day.

Performance has been solid, and I haven’t run into any major issues. When I’ve needed to explore something new, the overall usability made it easy to get up to speed quickly.

Still early days for me, but the experience has been smooth enough that I’m confident continuing to build with it. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something reliable and developer-friendly.

Great experience

Have only been doing some testing with Sevalla but the experience so far has been amazing. Really simple deployment platform with great user experience and seemingly robust service and infrastructure. Had a really great experience with support, was having a small issue that they investigated thoroughly, ended up finding a small bug in their platform and fixing it all with the space of a few hours.

Peter was an awesome star in fixing my problem. Being a somewhat newbie to using Sevalla he located the problem in my app and suggested how to fix it. After a couple of attempts it worked. Can't rate this service highly enough.

Exelent service, like i had a issue and i contaced the staff and they we so nice about it and resovled it also it is like really reliable too and i would say atleast for small scale business it is really cheap

Useful product with caring people behind it.

I deployed my app from my github and was not expecting it to work. I just pressed a button and Sevalla just figured out what to do, how to do it and it was amazing. I loved the product so much that I am paying for it without hesitation.

I had an issue with a custom domain and "a real person" was with me to solve the issue in minutes!
