Serious Red Flags
ServerMO Data Center has proven to be a highly unreliable and shady provider based on my experience. After my service cycle ended, they attempted to charge my card again without authorization or any renewal request from my side. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about their billing integrity and transparency.
Their support system is another major problem. Getting a proper response or refund seems extremely difficult, and communication feels evasive or automated. Combined with weak accountability and vague service descriptions, users risk losing data or being overcharged without recourse.
Another major issue is their dishonest bandwidth policy. They advertise plans that seem to offer “unlimited bandwidth,” but in reality, once you reach a certain usage level, they claim your bandwidth is “finished” and demand extra payment to keep the service running. Nowhere on their site is this limitation clearly stated — it’s a deceptive tactic that feels like a trap for unsuspecting customers.
