Absolutely love the service so far. Will be using these servers for the near future. Even during these COVID-19 times, would recommend to others.

Matt god damn epic customer service. This guy made me have the most painless transition for my video game server. Even with all the risk of what we were doing and what we could have lost he moved heaven and earth and made it work. (grant it we both had no idea of the result). This guy wont ever let you down. (not to set the bar high or anything)

i switched over from another host service. They made the switch very easy and seamless, very fast on response with issues and great people to work with. For the few issues i had they helped me out on how to fix them and not let them happen again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a host service. I use them for ARK, but they would be the best for any kind of hosting that anyone would need. Sense switching over i have not had any server problems like i was before (random crashes, people getting lagged out, random freezes).

This is by far the simplest and easiest to use ARMA 3 server I've ever ran. For what's included in the base package (40 slot ARMA 3 server), ServerBlend is a steal. The admin console is extremely easy to use, allows log streaming for real time monitoring, allows for server download directly from the Steam Workshop, and lots more. The staff is super responsive and very knowledgeable. If you're looking to host ARMA, I can't recommend these guys enough.

Great servers with high capability and EXTREME good service, worth adding the admin config for around 16 GDP if you don't know about modding server or setting up a server a specific way! And with the employers are very quick to respond and patient.

I have attempted to host a game server before and the process just seemed daunting. I found ServerBlend and the site seemed to explain things very well and I heard great things from a friend about their customer relations and I will say I do not think I have EVER received this type of help from customer support. They are FAST, RESPONSIVE, and most of all FRIENDLY! If you are like me and have only heard of a few hosting sites that seem overdone, try ServerBlend and you will never want another host! Marek, RyanW, yall are the best EVER!

Serverblend is a great server host, they're responsive to ticket requests and have great latency. The only problem I have with them is their (minecraft) server count. They definitely need to get some more servers in Australia, as I have been waiting for a month now. Other than that, if you're looking for a server host, this is a great choice!

recently got 2server cluster at serverblend, so far things has been great, and if you got issues or questions they are extremly happy to help, im beyond words to describe how good i find the support :) if you could give it 100rating i would give it 110 :)

side note: its fast response times on tickets and consistent at it to as far as ive experienced :)

I've used multiple hosts for games over the last four years. I have no direct complaints against the other hosts. In terms of price, server quality, and customer support, ServerBlend reaches for the stars and succeeds in all areas.

The price of the servers is nice and rarely experience lag or host issues. If you do have issues, their team of customer support agents goes above one's expectation. The ones that I deal with regularly are courteous, polite, understanding, and informative. Their response time on any issues, from minor to severe, is truly amazing.

I want to praise the whole team in the amount of support that they give. However, I want to call on the ones that have personally assisted me. Mathew J, Marek W, and Ryan W are excellent gentlemen to provide assistance when one is struggling with any issues with their servers.

ServerBlend provides an wonderful server experience. My first time contacting support was so easy and my problems were resolved almost instantly. Matthew J was the agent and he gave outstanding customer support. Please give that guy a raise!

Excellent server host for Kerbal Space Program. The setup process was simple, streamlined and speedy. The price was spot-on and I couldn't be happier. Also, the administration is very responsive and they actually care about their customers.

I've hosted with multiple companies including Nitrado, GameServers, and others. Nothing against the aforementioned hosts, however in price, support, and reliability ServerBlend trumps them all. You always get a fast, friendly, complete, and easy to understand response anytime you submit a ticket. ServerBlend has EVERYTHING that I was looking for in a server host.

Adjusting settings for your game is simple as can be. Game files can be edited manually or you can use their own configuration editor to quickly and easily alter almost any setting available. Unfortunately, so far I have only hosted ARK, but that is going to change and I'm confident the experience will exceed my expectations as they have at every turn.

Over the last 4 years I have multiple servers with with multiple other companies. After my experience with ServerBlend over the last 5 months, I will not be switching. Hands down the tech support team with ServerBlend is superior when it comes to response time, friendlly demeanor, and quality HELPFUL responses. Even if its not a server issue Ryan and Mathewj will offer other suggestions, or in a friendly manner guide me through "user error issues". Being treated with respect, (even when I have messaged several times), I have nothing but love for these guys.

The user panel from my personal experience, while not totally "Noob" friendly, is still really quite user friendly. If this is your first server, you may need a little assistance if you want to add mods or customize your game, but navigating the portal is easy and fairly intuitive.

Overall, I have zero desire to go anywhere else, and am looking forward to life slowing down enough I can add on a couple more servers for other games with my kids and friends. To Ryan W and MathewJ who are the ones I have interacted the most- y'all are freaking awesomesauce.

ServerBlend is a great server host which hosted my server with very minor lag. I would highly recommend this service whether you want a Space Engineers server or any other type of server. Customer service was great and in I will think about returning to ServerBlend in the future.

The team at ServerBlend always goes above and beyond to answer questions and follow through on any issues that arise. The best!

I figured tackling a server of my own would be beyond complicated. I set aside a full day to get my Rust server up and running. Turns out...I was up and running with tons of custom plugins in less than 2 hours. I had people joining my server almost immediately after launch. This has been far more fun than work and I can't thank the ServerBlend team enough for making this process easy for a newbie such as myself. What a great experience. Would recommend for anyone looking to start their own server.

When I first ordered my server I had a bit of confusion with some of the console settings. They were pretty straight forward but some of the wording had me second guessing myself, so I opened a support ticket. Not only did they get back to me immediately (like, every response was 10-15 mins on a medium-low priority ticket), but asked for my suggestion on how they could more clearly define the selections. They took my suggestions and went a step further, changing their wording to make it even simpler to understand than I had suggested. Throughout all of this they kept in constant communication, and then at the end of it all thanked me for my suggestions and sent me a $7.50 complimentary gift card for helping out! Keep in mind they offer someone to help you setup the server to your liking for like a $10 fee, which is what I expected them to try to upsell me on when I originally asked the question. Instead, they answered immediately, and went above and beyond to make it easier for me, and everyone else, to understand in the future. I literally can't think of a way they could of improved their customer service experience, it was by far one of the best I've ever had.

There responses are fast and informative, 10/10 service would recommend.
