The customer service agent named "John" (which I'm guessing is the name given for all) was helpful, patient and forthcoming. My mortgage was transferred (i.e., bought) from CENLAR to Servbank, but neither one advised that the Aug payment wasn't being drafted and would have to be made manually. John handled the transactions to effect the payment quickly and smoothly. Many thanks.

My mortgage was recently transferred to servbank while I was in the middle of changing my homeowners insurance. Brianna (Insurance) and John (Escrow) were each so patient in listening and helping me understand what I needed to do to complete the process.
Brianna helped me get the status on my insurance payment, as it had occurred in the middle of the change, and how to navigate Servbank once I changed my insurance.
John was able to help me understand the effect on my escrow account and ease my concerns as to how it affected my mortgage payments.
It was so good to be heard and respected. I am glad my mortgage servicing is now with servbank.
John was absolutely fantastic! He was so patient and kind to me when I had some questions about my escrow account. Highly recommend this mortgage company!
I have called Servbank and I asked a simple question I asked if I could come into there Oswego branch and give them a Cashiers check to pay off the Mortgage and this woman says to me we only do savings and checking here at this branch even thou this is the corporate headquarters. To me this makes no sense at all. I wanted to walk in a pay them that at least they would give me some kind of note or the original note that I signed for the home, MERS has to be somewhere in the system honestly I will never deal with these people again

At first contact was to ask for help with a February payment. They increased my payment for 3 months. After paying all my payments and regular mortgage payments, they have been charging me/ claiming I’m still behind a month!! How can that be? I’ve talked to so many different people and apparently I am still wrong. So since there is so extra income I paid the extra month they say I was behind. Because even though I keep asking what happened to those extra 3 payments ?? It should’ve put me back on track. I CANNOT wait till we can qualify for a refinance!! I Dislike this ServBank!!! They don’t know how to explain things and if you call for help? In the end they are worthless and I should have borrowed the money from someone. Will never call them again.. You are very wrong for what you have done!!!!

When I call in, there’s no one that has any information regarding my supposed mortgage that is now unknowingly held by ServBank. Your customer service line is to a foreign country and there’s is significant difficulty regarding language barrier.

The Representative was wonderful in serving my needs. He was very understanding and extremely professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He represented Servbank in a perfect way!
I have tried for over two years to work with servbank on my husbands estate. There is no reason why, there is no person to contact just sending all the information back over and over again. No one will talk to me , but yet they want the payment every month on the loan. Who runs this company ? There is no reason a widow whos siganature is on the loan , one whos husband was a veteran and on a VA loan should be treated so poorly or anyone should be treated so poorly and costly , I have an attorney trying to help, and he cant believe how poor their costumer service is. I have never seen or been treated with such poor customer service , almost three years trying to work this out.....They told myself and my attorney that some guy not realated was my husbands personal represtative because he was still alive...What the hell you have 3 death cert. that I have sent you. How in the hell do you make some randome ass guy off the street my dead husband PR over our loan I signed on.....Something is very wrong at this place....Servbank you have explanning to do.

I will say that the ladies I spoke with were very professional and helpful, BUT, I have had nothing but problems since my loan was changed from a different lender Servbank. At the time my husband passed away, the loan was with a different company and my name was is not on the loan. I was able to call that company anytime and find out information on the account. Servbank will not answer any questions on this loan because I’m not on the account, however, they have no problem cashing the checks that are in my name every month. I was told that paperwork would be sent to me to add myself to the loan, but never got it. I did receive a notice that they do not have proof of my insurance. I emailed my proof of insurance in the beginning of June and received confirmation that they did receive the documents. I get a letter in the mail just over a month later saying they have not received my proof of insurance and are going to purchase insurance for me and that will increase my monthly payment. I called today to straighten this out, but they cannot answer any of my questions. So I’m assuming they won’t accept the documents because I’m not on the loan. But again, they gave no problem cashing the checks that are in my name. I never had any problems with my other mortgage company. This is a ridiculous policy and I hope I receive paperwork this time so I can get this fixed.

My customer service rep was so thoughtful and sweet. She took down the info I had for her, and then asked me questions that were relevant to my situation. She then talked to me like a good friend would. She was understanding and kind. Not always something one experiences all the time. I appreciated her and her kindness. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people.

The Customer Service Representative was very very professional in helping me set up on line account. She stayed with me through the process helping with getting setup. She answered my questions about my situation and explained how to access my account. When I asked her about information on the account, she gave me true facts and asked if I had any questions or concerns about my account. She was a pleasure to work with and to talk with her at your business. Please give her a “that a girl” award, she earned it from me. I don’t know who was the CSR, please tell her thank you from a new client.
It is seldom that you hear what is really being said if you don't put your two ears in and do twice as much listening as you do talking. Only then can you truly hear and track what another is explaining. Kay was the most patient representative i have ever dealt with. Resolved 90% of my issues in one call. The best pro at customer satisfaction. Look forward to final resolution call back from her and Servbank. Thank you very much.
