A straight shooting, knowledgable and helpful firm

I was looking for NFC tags for a project being run in North Wales, Not knowing too much about the different tags, their capabilities and the process involved in coding them I contacted Steritag. I spoke to Phil, who explained the process, including the capabilities of each tag type, Nothing was too much trouble and he was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had (this included a re-order of more devices at short notice). The tags were well priced, and despatched within days (with follow-up emails from Phil advising me of the fact).
All in all, Excellent Customer Service, an excellent product, I couldn't be happier.

Ordered the tags on Sunday evening - arrived here in Switzerland Wednesday morning.
Very nice and instructive website, hassle-free ordering process.

Great product, very good customer support

You can be sure what you are buying as the customer support is always ready to answer your questions. I was worried the delivery would be too late for a demo and reach out to them again. Again the support was timely and effective. The product is great although a bit pricey...

Very good service!

Unfortunately the postage lost my order. A very kind person from RapidNFC directly resend the order free of charge!

I would definitely recommend this company. Other companies can learn something from the quick resend.
