The coat I ordered was on sale I received an order receipt and number for this then it finally came 12 days later. The coat was a felt like material very poor quality, see through and extremely poorly made not wool like it looked on the picture. I emailed back to the email that my order came from with pictures of the so called coat and the buttons on it weren't even straight! They have emailed back this morning saying they can't offer a refund and asked where I got the email from as this was not the company I ordered from? I have told them I got the email from their email with the order confirmation. Please do not order from this website it's a total scam.

Don't buy from this online store they show you a video of a dress and sent you a different one, very poor quality of the dress they send me the wrong color and the wrong belt color too.

Not at all what I ordered… dress and belt two completely different colors… 100% scam. No way to contact the company for a return or money back.

I ordered boots and the USPS tracking number tracked the order for the first few days and then stopped. I tried to call and the number did not seem like a it was a business. I got a request to review the product that i did not get so I gave them a bad review. I got an email from a Lindsey Boedicker saying it was the USPS delay and Google has the wrong number for them. 2 days later I checked and still no update on the tracking number. I called again and it is the same number she sent me and left vm. Gonna have to dispute the charge on my CC. Scam? Not sure but definitely no customer service.

The order is 4 months late and no response from them. Definitely a fraudulent set up
Do not use!

Made the order more than a month ago. Tracking number has the correct address and says it has arrive however I have not received it.

Clothes were great quality and had a great offer. Loved the thumb feature in the hoodie! Would definitely recommend to others and I appreciate the contribution given to a mental health charity.
