I had a great experience with SERASAR, their customer service team (Jay) was friendly, professional and consistently responsive within 24 hours. They dealt with my enquiry quickly and made the whole process effortless. I am really pleased with my bracelet.

It’s refreshing to find a company that provides such excellent customer support. I’m very impressed and would happily purchase from them again.

It's a really nice leather bracelet. Everyone comments on it. Not too flashy but just enough. Highly recommended!

Customer service is pleasant enough until there is an issue.
Some items are misleading from the pictures as to actual sizes, so naturally issues will arise.
The website itself hides its returns policy and information- merely directs you to shipping from them to you to leave you confused .

To return any issues with items, the customer is being charged an extortionate amount on return shipping costs - well beyond the cost of the jewellery.

Avoid direct buying from them, buy from Amazon for an ease of mind and money for any issues.

Als meine Kette einen Defekt erlitten hatte, wurde mir ohne viel Gelaber kostenlos ein Ersatz geschickt, ich musste nichtmal die defekte Kette zurückschicken, 1A Support 👍

Leider war die Kette 3 Monate nach dem Tragen defeft, aber Seresar hat sie problemlos ersetz. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort und Zusendung einer neuen Kette.

I received a bracelet as a Christmas gift and it was too small for my wrist. Thankfully Serasar offered to send an additional returned link to me at no cost which will allow me to wear the nice bracelet my daughter gave me. I’m very excited to wear my new piece and very thankful for Serasar’s resolution!

I purchased this product from a local vendor here in the USA. I bought the product for its exquisite beauty, and very rugged, yet elegant construction.
I purchased it immediately as I thought the piece was beautifully designed, and would be a great daily wear item to add to my wardrobe.
Upon getting the product back to my home and unpacking it I discovered that it was a little too tight on my wrist, even with an expansion link installed.
I went online and tried to purchase a link but found none were available so I reached out directly to the company and I have dealt with the most wonderful customer service person believable. They guided me every inch of the way and there are 100% going out of their way to make this an absolute wonderful experience that I am totally satisfied with . The outcome of which I am excitedly awaiting the additional expansion piece that they are so graciously providing , so that I can wear this bracelet and rave about it in person and I’m quite sure that when folks see me wearing this they two will want one also!
I will be proudly wearing my “Serasar” men’s bracelet for any occasion or event casual to classy!
I look forward to future purchases from this company, but having learned my lesson now, I will go directly to the company who produces these fine quality pieces for additional purchases

Contacted Serasar to ask about repair or replacement when a bracelet catch developed a fault after 18 months. Jay responded quickly and, after asking for details of my original order and the fault, arranged for a replacement to be sent. No fuss, just excellent customer service.

I am most impressed with all my dealings with Serasar...the product ( Bracelet) is of excellent quality and the prompt and informative customer service I received acutely exceeded my expectations, my enquiry was successfully completed and showed brilliant Customer Care.

Die Armbänder sind top und sehr gut gearbeitet. Da ich jetzt eine Verlängerung brauchte rief ich dort an. Es war ein sehr netter telefonischer Kontakt. Ohne Diskussion wurde mir zugesagt diese zu schicken. Die Adresse befand sich noch im Computer. Schon am nächsten Tag waren die Teile im Briefkasten. Toller Service. Nochmals vielen Dank und macht weiter so.

Ok so I received my bracelet jan as a gift and just loved it but as time went by just 1 section started wearing and deteriorating so I contacted serasar to see how I stood and sent pictures of my bracelet this fantastic company with out no questions immediately replaced my bracelet I’m over the moon thanks so much i shall be definitely buying again 💙

Jedes einzelne Armband spricht für sich!! Sehr gute Qualität - Verarbeitung - ein Hingucker. Als ich im Februar auf Serasar - wegen der superschönen Armbänder aufmerksam wurde - hatte ich auch eins gekauft. Leider hatte es einen Materialfehler (was ja vorkommen kann) der Fall wurde ganz unkompliziert durch Serasar gelöst! Wir sind begeistert! Macht weiter so - auch ein super guter Kundendienst spricht für sich!

Tolle Armbänder und ein engagiertes Supportteam - sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Armband, trägt mein Sohn sehr gerne. Verschluss funktioniert einwandfrei. Sieht hochwertig aus.
Nach kurzer Zeit ist ein Band eingerissen. Schneller Support und Ersatz eines neuen Armbandes. Das kann mal vorkommen, auch bei hochwertigen Produkten. Die Frage ist nur, wie damit umgegangen wird und das war in diesem Falle sehr, sehr gut.
Serasar und die Armbänder kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Ersatzteile
Hatte eine Frage für ein Ersatzteil zu einem Lederarmband am Wochenende gestellt. Diese wurde unverzüglich beantwortet und man konnte mir auch unbürokratisch helfen
