I have never accepted any offer from…
I have never accepted any offer from this company yet I have now found 3 x £40.99 and a £2.50 taken from my account. strange thing is I have been staying in an air bnb for last 5 months and have very limited if not any internet or mobile signal scammers at work? have only just found out about this company yet 06/03/2025 monies went missing. Been reported and now won't allow this review on facebook.

This is a SCAM do not go near it
This is a SCAM do not go near it. I thought I was purchasing an offer from Screwfix via a Facebook advert. It was somehow taken as a subscription to Seriatool who have now taken £40.99 which appears to be a recurring amount! I have tried to cancel the so-called membership the cancel button it comes up with an error page when you try to action it. I categorically does not authorise that amount or any subsequent amounts to be taken!

Don't trust anything to do with this…
Don't trust anything to do with this company. They state you can request a refund within 14 days should you not be satisfied with the product. The 'customer service team' have been back and forth arguing the fact that I am entitled to the refund. Just another company taking money they are not entitled to. Asking you to join competitions and then on the fine print, you're signing up to a monthly subscription with no email to confirm. Scam at its finest.

##### WARNING - THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS ##### Inadvertently clicked on something on Facebook, and ended up with 2.50 being taken from my credit card. I tried to stop it to no avail. Then Because I set their emails to be blocked I didn't see any more, then because I didn't cancel within their 3 day trial period, had another £40.99 taken from my card without warning or permission. I have complained to them and asked for a refund, but always referred to their terms and conditions. I SIGNED NOTHING, THIS IS LEGAL THEFT. If this is how this company makes their money they should be stopped. I appealed to the better nature to refund my money, but again, the same emails sent back telling me that this apparently is my fault. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
