Great products, terrible service
Since we don't have a choice, we still order from Sephora Philippines. I would like to say, the products they carry are great, but service is really bad. For the nth time, just today, I've had another order problem. The items in my cart were not delivered as shown, and they claim that its because I used a discount code. So yes, I did not get the freebie which is the sole reason I ordered. Now I'm stuck with products I still have tons of and did not get what prompted me to place the order in the first place.
This is not just the first time. My husband ordered some stuff as gifts for me, and as usual, the gifts didn't arrive and he was given "points" of lesser value than what he's supposed to get.
Three instances (yes, I keep count) of missing freebies and rewards items I purchased with my points, and them being small items- I did not complain anymore.

Bring in more hard to find products, please!
Glad that Sephora has an online store now in the PH. Just needs to bring in more hard to find products that we don't or can't have access, too. Website is great and easy to use!

Great service!
I have been using the Sephora app for purchase of any beauty products that I needed, they even have freebies. They are easy to use and they wrap the products well! I am satisfied even though it takes almost 2 weeks to get the products which they do indicate accurately. Overall great service.

They Shipped to Wrong Address & Customer Service Never Answered My Emails
I ordered products, as usual, I put my correct shipping address and I checked it twice before checkout even though my shipping address is already saved in my account (FYI: It's not my first order). I thought everything will go smoothly. However, when my order was shipped, in the tracking they gave me it showed they put a wrong City, in a different island in the Philippines! I contact them immediately especially Sephora Singapore who is assigned to ship it. SG replied once, insisted they put the correct address, while I never heard from Sephora Philippines at least once. Now my orders are in a different island of the country and I don't know if I will still receive it because their customer service sucks!

Don't believe their Gift With Purchase promos - you won't get it
When a company incentivises you to purchase products by promising a gift when you spend XXX amount (GWP) and then the GWP doesn't arrive..... then they tell you oh yeah sorry, it was out of stock so you won't be getting it... but you've already paid for the items you purchased. Tsk Tsk, very poor business practices
