I asked for the tracking code of my order, they replied with an email saying they would check instead of sending the code, and never responded again. A simple question without an answer.

Pretty items…

I ordered 3 items for my daughter's birthday which were all beautiful. The packaging was very nice each item in a pouch, nice touch.
She was very pleased with her gifts.

Ordered the Alhambra necklace and…

Ordered the Alhambra necklace and bracelet. Only the necklace came. I then had to wait 3 weeks for the bracelet to arrive. The responses via email were very delayed.

Poor quality

Poor quality, shipping took long and package got caught by customs. Earrings were a lot bigger than in the picture and they were falsely named. Very overpriced already with the shipping and no mention of possible charges for the customer.

The catch on the necklace was broken

The catch on the necklace was broken . They are sending a replacement . Not a good start for my first order.

Dissapointed

I've had quite a few items from this company and they have not dissapointed however this latest item , clover silver necklace arrived loose in the box and the chain was broken. Customer service emailed me back and im waiting on a replacement.

I’ve not received my order

I’ve not received my order. I have emailed to chase it and I received 2 emails asking for a review, thought I’d give them a chance to reply to my email…would like to give no stars but that’s not an option. Hopefully they see this review and reply!

Disappointed

I was really excited about the trio clover earrings set with the matching necklace and bracelet. On arrival I was really disappointed. The earrings have wide posts which I had to push to get through my piercing (I've never had to do that with any earrings in the past) and they have a tiny ball fastener (like the fasteners for belly bars) which is impossible to fasten without help.

The bracelet, whilst beautiful was far too long for my wrist so was at risk of falling off at worst and looking rubbish at best. There were no size options for the bracelet so I couldn't size down. I've had to spend an extra £12 getting this shortened by a jeweller as I bought the bracelet to go on a trip and wouldn't have had time to raise with Seola to rectify beforehand. Although I note they don't accept returns for earrings so beware (even if you buy a set with earrings, like I did).

Good customer service

Contacted Seola as my bracelet broke at clasp I returned the bracelet with the prepaid label and was sent a new bracelet in return. Very happy with service and would purchase from Seola again. 🙂
