DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a Foldable Wall Mounted Dip Station on 18/06/2025 with 2 weeks passing and no sign of the item being delivered or an update regarding delivery. The only way to contact this company is via email, no phone number. I emailed to enquire further and did receive a reply stating the item must have been lost in transit and a new one will be shipped. Fast forward to today (16/07/2025) and a further 3 emails sent enquiring where my order is and they are now not responding and ignoring the emails. I have had to dispute this with my bank to hopefully recoup my wasted money.

Read reviews and absolutely DO NOT use this company.

Very poor experience. Needed to return a punching bag, which I did immediately at my own expense via dpd and then the company stopped responding to any emails.
Refund wasn’t issued despite the many emails I sent. Customer service is very nonchalant and basically non- existent. Had to go through my card company to ask for my refund. Would avoid ordering from this company as it doesn’t seem to value customers or their opinions/needs.

Bought a punch bag kit on next day delivery, two weeks later it's still not turned up. No phone line, registered number on companies house is invalid. No replies from support emails.

Reviews say the stuff that does turn up is good quality, but please buy it from decathlon not direct.

Shocking service. Ordered a medicine ball 10 days ago and still not arrived. 3 emails to their ‘support’ email and no reply. Will be claiming back through PayPal shortly. Cowboys!

Easy to use website. Fast and good delivery service. Kept informed throughout the transaction to delivery.

I have ordered from them and my item never arrived. I have even tried to recover my money with no response. I would not recommend.

I have bought from this company twice; once on amazon and once directly.

While the execution of the order was quick; company feedback to resolve the same issue that appeared in both orders has been slow to non-existent. Key problem is the skipping rope pictured is not the skipping rope that was delivered. I will await to see if they offer anything to compensate but I won't hold my breath.

Wrong item received and now being ignored.

I ordered a heavy-weight skipping rope, but what arrived was a cheap, flimsy version—nothing like what was advertised. I've been trying to get my money back, but my emails are being ignored. Avoid this company.

Love the product but the holes for the bolts have been drilled on the wrong side of the frame so the arms that secure the frame to the wall could not be fixed .
I bought some has drill bits and corrected the issue .
Just a QA issue not checking on the item before boxed up.
The item is good quality but just one star because of the issue

4ft outdoor punch bag.
Arrived swiftly with email update and tracking.
It is as described to look at. Had a pretty rubbish mounting bracket, nothing like the photo with wood screws and rawl plugs, if i was relying on that I'd be pretty upset bit I'm not as its going on am existing hanger.
We shall see how it copes in the outdoors. Time will tell.
(Edit) made it heavier with some sand bags and discovered some dubious filling materials. Paper and generic rubbish formed about 5% the rest was a mix of fabrics.

The package was returned to the sender due to the wrong target address. Unique contact to the further course of the support. Never again. No reaction after repeated demand.

Would give zero for star rating but cannot. Absolutely shocking customer service no reply to my many emails.

Ordered a Outdoor Punch Bag on 01/02/2025. Still waiting and haven't received any updates. I've sent 3 emails and have received no response. They are by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, ORDER ELSEWHERE.

Shipped the wrong item. Impossible to contact. Finally answered an email promising to ship correct item and never shipped or answered subsequent emails.

Not recommended.

Good item; quick delivery. Leg weights exactly what I wanted: 5 kg but made up of 10x 500 gran weights slotted into pockets so that the weight is adjustable. Secure velcro fastening strip which passes through a D-ring for a good fit. Nice fabric which is more comfortable than the vinyl of some other weights.

Ordered a punch bag for my son's Christmas, never received it.
Moreover, I got NO answer on numerous emails I've sent.
Do not ever purchase from them.
