I ordered two conductive sleeves
I ordered two conductive sleeves, one large and one small. I got one large sleeve and one small sock. I have no use for the sock and I can’t use it on my elbow. Also, the large sleeve had a connector but the wire keeps falling out. The sock came without a connector.

I just thought that my Biomodulator…
I just thought that my Biomodulator was just in need of an update. If that all that was need to fix the problem, I think that i was overcharged, because I paid $516.00 dollars more or less. I thought it a bit much. Other than that everything was good.

Fantastic professional company- great product, but poor accessories
I have updated this review from 5 to 3 stars.
This is because I have just had to order my third replacement 4 pin to stereo lead wire for the electrode accessory, despite fastidious wire care.
This will be my 4th wire in under 7 months.
I can only assume this is poor design/manufacture.
At $50 including shipping these costs will add up..
