I am giving 5 stars for easy ordering as I don't use the Internet much and delivery was less than 24 hours after it was ordered

Ordered 12l dehumidifier last week.
Tried to put the wheels on....they don't fit, definitely holes are too small to fit the wheels in, thought that's ok I can deal with that, to find out that it collects no water. Was on for 6 hours straight in a room full of wet clothes and not a drop...
Customer service wasn't great.
UPDATE: After not receiving response, i searched clearpay (I luckily ordered through there) and it displayed an email address. I emailed my concerns and within minutes I received a reply apologising profusely about how I had been 'treated', he offered me everything he could plus a £50 gift card in which I had taken off the order for a replacement dehumidifier, he assured me he checked it all him self.
Recieved today and can say its working!!
Seems good so far and collecting moisture, nice and quiet too.
However I would say that their customer service isn't too great....

Works really well and dries the washing in no time at all, and the customer services were really helpful and quick to respond , full marks to Adam

The productive itself is good though, a longer power cable would be better and not as quiet as i would like. However I had a faulty one where it would not turn off automatically. I sent 2 emails and they never replied so had to phone them in the end, after being passed to 3 different people, i manage to get a return note and return the item, and now even though i know they they have received it back i still have had no response or refund so yet again im chasing them to find out when i will get a refund. So good product overall not so good after care or communication from Senelux

The 4 arm plant light is great, works well.
All I would say though, emailed Senelux a few times, no reply at all.
So if want support, might not be able to get.
Hope it doesn’t go wrong, although no reason to think it will

Replacement pump for one with a different brand name but exactly the same dimensions. Pump was as described and arrived in the expected time. Pump works well pulling water through a filter system and heating the water to just above room temperature. This is the 3rd pump from 3 different sources and they appear to work well for 2 or 3 years which is about usual for this type of pump.

Secure website for financial transactions, user friendly site and easy to follow. Dispatch of item was fast enough than expected. I will certainly recommend someone to purchase items from you and will do the same for myself. And the item received was exactly as depicted on your site, thanks so much for your custom.

Doesn’t seem very powerful, but it is doing what I got it for.

Had a problem with my fan after more than a year...Senelux replaced with absolutely no quibbling Excellent

They sent wrong size of wheels and ignore my request to replace the wheels

Simple ordering process, great communication and fast delivery. Dehumidifier is working well, highly recommend.

Delivered promptly. Had a couple of issues. Emailed Senelux they responded quickly enabling me to sort out the issues.
Have only used dehumidifier for a short trial 4 hours. Very energy efficient costing only 5p per kwh.
Water tank very easy to empty.
Casters make it very manoeuvrable.
So far, happy with my purchase.
