I ordered the variety Belgian chocolate cupcakes and they are look nothing like what was advertised!!!

Received my brownie 3 days late. Box was open and brownie was stale. Refused a refund. I was told in response to my complaint that it would stay fresh for 3 weeks - ridiculous. Don't shop here.

Disappointing!!
I ordered a box of goodies for my son's 18th Birthday.
The parcel arrived 3 days early even though the required date for delivery had been selected. Under normal circumstances, early delivery would be welcomed, but not when the parcel contains fresh produce and helium balloons - we had to find somewhere cold and secret to hide. Unfortunately, the cupcakes became dry and had to be thrown. In addition to this, the box had, I can only assume arrived via a rollercoaster as the contents were in rather a mess on opening.
What I find truly disappointing is the lack of response from customer service.

Shocking customer service. I ordered cupcakes for my dads birthday 2 weeks in advance. He waited in for them and they never turned up. They then arrived the next day, but were now no longer fresh. I tried calling customer services to complain, but their phone lines are down. I emailed them for a refund and not only did I receive no apology, they just replied to say that the cupcakes had now been delivered and that was that. Incredibly disappointing I would not recommend anyone ordering from them.

Terrible service. Ordered in good time (3 days ahead) for specified day delivery for mother in laws Anniversary. After she waited in all day for the package we received a text saying they would not be delivered until the following day. So disappointed. Contacted the company who would do nothing but refund delivery cost. On arrival, the no longer fresh cupcakes were squashed (there were meant to be roses and looked nothing like it). Emailed company again who will now not even reply. Absolutely disgusted with the place.

I have nothing but positive feedback for the whole experience. I ordered a box of 16 yesterday as a goodbye treat for my colleagues, they arrived next day by courier in a very well packed box. The giftbox was tied with ribbon and the message placed on top. The cakes came is a large variety of flavours so there was something to everyone's taste.

I would recommend this company to everyone. They really put a lot of care and attention into their orders, this was definitely money well spent

Ordered the red velvet box of 9 cupcakes and they were lovely and were well presented in the box.
They arrived on the day I requested and was kept upto date with delivery.
The cupcakes are lovely and will definitely use send them cupcakes again.

Really disappointed I ordered Birthday Cupcames for my daughter on 19th October for delivery 22md October. I read the reviews and the girl who took my order was so helpful and thats as good as it gets !!. They have not contacted me their Customer Services at Bradfords have an automated message yet Website says they are open. This has spoiled a lovely birthday surprise and no communication which is infuriating. I understand issues with Covid-19 which is why I chose to send Cupcakes as not allowed to see my daughter . They should not be taking orders if they can't fulfil. Its not a lot of money but leaves a bad taste. The very least I would expect is an email of apology and explain what happened!!!!

Underwhelmed a label came off and refund in 3-4 days really stellar customer service!!!!!

I will never use Bradfords ever again pathetic not even a good will gesture of sending replacement cup cakes which at least would have shown they accept responsibility instead passing the buck to DPD .

Order came on the day I had requested and I got a text to let me know the time which was really helpful. Was really impressed with the cupcakes I had ordered for a friends baby shower. The sponge was actually really delicious and the decoration was lovely. Only down side was a few had been squashed in the box but that was DPDs fault as there was a big label saying to keep the box flat that they had ignored. Would definitely order again though as they were better than I expected and very good value for money:)

My friend had a birthday on 4th of september it was friday!
so I ordered her cupcakes + prosecco to be delivered on 4 th of september, made my order a day prior, plus paid extra for shipping for the order to be delivered in the morning...
Delivery was suppose to happen before 12pm.
Then she recieved text between 2-3 pm.
Then i recieved notification driver couldnt make it... and WILL DELIVER THEM 3 days after on MONDAY

I wanted her to recieve them on her birthday, now she will recieve them 3 days later.

HOW '' FRESH'' I can excpect CUPCAKES WILL BE DELVERED 3 days after?

Read all the reviews and I was impressed so ordered a box 9 cup cakes for my mother in law for her birthday. Pictures looked fabulous. Delivery, I did pay a bit extra for to ensure they were delivered before 12pm and I also included a gift card.

Day of arrival, everything went well, and parcel arrived in due time. Could not wait for her to open as she adores cakes. A few hours later I was totally shocked to find out what she had received! OMG a 2-year-old could have decorated better and that is being exceedingly kind! The 2 boxes looked a shambles, totally unprofessional and an absolute disgrace! Had to hang my head in shame!! My mother in law is always impressed by my gifts so utterly disappointed and so so so embarrassed you would not believe! She broken heartily sent me a message and complained and I wanted to die as she has never done before but so glad, she bought to my attention! But just look at these pictures and they cost £40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She tried to eat one, brave lady and surprised she did not die! Disgusting, totally inedible so the 2 boxes headed straight to the bin!!! I contacted customer service to complain. 48 hours James contacted me…. offered a replacement, no way on hells earth going to repeat that experience or I got offered a full refund and he did apologise for inconvenience. Accepted the full refund but here I am 2 weeks later, many emails sent, no refund received despite chasing or not received any responses to my emails. Bunch of jokers! James has been as helpful as a lead balloon and that is a compliment! He is a company disgrace!!!

Never realised when booking the cakes that they are sent from their base in Scotland and they deliver over the UK!!!! If I had been aware of this when placing my order, considering my delivery was on the South Coast, I would never have ordered as how could the cakes EVER be fresh! No wonder they looked such a terrible mess. Disgraceful! The cakes were also a gift, a card was included by the company, yet an invoice was included in the delivery so my mother in law knew what we had paid for this atrocious revolting shocking box of cakes!!! Unacceptable!!

Do yourself a favour, in our current times, all local high streets need our support, so order from a LOCAL supplier and not some terrible Mikey Mouse organisation from Scotland delivering cakes made by 2-year olds. The local bakers will appreciate your business unlike these muppets who will embarrass and disgrace you by sending out total rubbish and upsetting your loved one who you are trying to impress. My recommendation…. AVOID!!!!!!

I ordered cupcakes which were delivered by dpd?? They arrived like that had been tossed around a few times, to make it worse nobody has time to reply to emails but time to email apologising they will be in touch? Not a nice feeling having something you send as a gift being received in such a state

One star is one too many. Ordered cupcakes over a week ago for delivery today and get an email today saying they are delayed. No one answering the phone and no reply to emails. Absolutely fuming with them. This was for a 50th wedding anniversary present but they don’t care about that.

After I couldn’t find a local bakery to my mum who would deliver, I googled and quickly booked a box of cupcakes. Then read the reviews and was worried about the 50/50 reviews. However I am relieved to say it was a good experience. On the day I got emailed a dispatch message and then a time slot. I chose the Rose cupcakes and can safely say they were nicely iced. Most importantly my mum said they tasted amazing.

Received the cupcakes a day earlier than requested. The parcel was thrown onto our doorstep, bashing the cupcakes. When we opened the box, the cupcakes were in a plain white box rather than in a presentable manner. The cupcakes were nice but not worth the money paid. Wouldn’t order again.

I was a little sceptical as I had seen a few reviews where orders had been early or late. They arrived on the designated day for the birthday. Very happy with the DPD service also as they email on the day with an hour time slot.
The cupcakes looked great. Only critique is they said the cake itself was a bit tasteless (could hardly taste they were chocolate) but were very tasty with the frosting.
I had emailed with a query prior to ordering and received a very quick response.

I ordered Red Velvet Cupcakes, they looked lovely and I am told tasted lovely too. Delivered on the date requested and made an excellent birthday present. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

Would expect alot better service for the price you pay for cakes and delivery. Order came 5 days early!! Meaning my dad was working and could not get the cakes. I also discussed about specific icing on cakes all fine but did not come with cakes. Tasted okay. I also wrote to the company about my cakes and no reply. Great costumer service will not be using again.

Love this idea! The website was easy to use and the flavour are amazing!
