I was very unsure about this purchase as the address I was intending to send it to was an obscure one in the countryside. However, the driver had no issues with finding the address, and the bouquet I ordered was lovely. My cousin who’s birthday it was, thought it was a really thoughtful idea and he really enjoyed the doughnuts that I opted for as well. Compared to other balloon delivery sites, this was a really reasonable price and came with freshly baked goods... what more could you want? I will definitely be using this service again!

Our Grandson had been poorly in hospital and we were unable to visit and once he was home I wanted to let him know we were thinking about him. He was so happy to receive the balloons and cup cakes, although he didn't understand why he had balloons when it wasn't his birthday!!! (He is only four!!) Thank you for cheering him up!!

Ordered the big 4 helium balloon for my sons biethday. It’s lovely and big! It still inflated more than a week after it arriving. It was a real treat for him and he loves the enormous boxing it arrives in too!

Very pleased with the order of a balloon. Arrived on valentines day. However, it said a free gift would be in the box. On the android app i used, there was a link to gifts but i couldn't select which one so i assumed one would be included depending on availability. Balloon arrived, no gift of any kind ie chocs, or cakes. Think the app may need to be looked at to enable us to take advantage of the free gift offer.

Nice balloons in terms of colours and quality. Impressive when opened. Shame one of them was a bit deflated. Also annoying that they were sent to a depot (recipient wasn't home) instead of being left with a neighbour. Recipient had to go and collect them. Not what you'd want from a 'suprise' gift.

Balloons were as pictured and delivery was on time.

The balloons and donuts were great,as was the customer service when I had a problem. DPD delivery was appalling, the box states to keep upright but the driver threw it over a 7 ft fence landing it upside down and open! Luckily the recipient came back in time to rescue the balloons before they blew away. The next door neighbour was in at the time and would gladly have taken the parcel in.

Very polite and helpful staff. Ordered balloons for my mother's 90th birthday, they were delivered on time - excellent service. Balloons still look like new after nearly 2 weeks.

Loved how I knew exactly when the balloons would arrive but maybe my expectation of how long the balloons would last was unrealistic... they arrived lunchtime on a Friday but started to deflate on the Sunday... I have left them up but they are starting to look a bit sad !!
